When i log in the app tells me that i dont have any time card or wages to report. I know this is not true. Ive never seen this before even when i jave made a withdrawl. Ive been using this app weekly for the the last year . This is the first time i have had any issues
I am unable to see my account. I finally was able to log in and now it wants me to add my card. When trying to do so it tells me " we see this card has address and account details different from your profile. Those fields are highlighted in green if you wish to make changes before submission. if you change your email, please use that email for future log ins" the green that is highlighted is my phone number which has been the same and on this account for over 6 years... this is getting so fustrating . I am at the point of changing companies

Trouble with rapid pay app. Downloaded the new version as they told me . Enter email and password and says experiencing . Error they are currently experiencing limited technical issues and some features may not be available. I dont understand limited , you cant sign in , if you cant do that, you cant do anything else . same message for 3 days . call rapid pay and they state have no idea if the app is working or not. Any help ?
