My Marshfield Clinic Reviews

Considering g this is supposed to be an improvement over their old app, they have really missed the mark. MyMarshfieldClinic constantly freezes, or only shows incomplete information, particularly in the areas of current conditions/diagnoses, medications and allergies. Unlike other major clinics, whose apps actually allow you to see ALL your records, including radiology reports, progress notes, biopsy results, etc, Marshfield’s app only allows patients to see some labs and never any actual progress notes. Very disappointing app, which falls in line with the declining quality of the clinic!

My app shows appointments and some history detail but nothing on billing. Of course I called the customer service line listed on there for issues and was transferred around several times. I uninstalled MyMarshfieldClinic and tried every other thing they suggested but it’s a no go. No shock since this is exactly how bad the situation internal systems of marshfield clinic are. I wish there were other options in my tiny town for health care.

Lack of this information significantly decreases utility of MyMarshfieldClinic .

Why do they have all the wrong Doctors on my drop down and they refuse to put the right Doctors on the drop down????

App locked up when sending a message to provide. Lost message

I wanted to request a copy of advanced directive documents for a new provider, unable to get to that request.

I wanted to change my address since I now live in assisted living apt, unable to do that.

No FAQ or search option.

Very difficult to navigate…took me in circles.

Ok, now all the nicknames are taken…hard to believe! At least 20 attempts of some crazy names/initials.

You can no longer message your actual primary care provider?!? What the heck is the point now? I thought that was the whole idea of the portal so you could message your actual care team.

I do like that I can see my labs. I don’t like that I can’t make or cancel appointments, I’m unable to message all my care team and none of the Ct or any imaging records are available to see.

Prefer old system 100%

Not very user friendly on my opinion. I get notifications saying something new was posted to my chart and yet never can see anything new. I wish it was more like how Epic apps work much more user friendly and easier to find things.

I preferred the old system better. I found it easier to compare new labs to what they were previously.

MyMarshfieldClinic works well, but I don't like that it only is the size of half my screen.

MyMarshfieldClinic works for the most part, but has a “check in” option that accomplishes. . . wait for it . . . nothing. You still have to stand in line at the clinic and check in just like always.

I’ve just started using MyMarshfieldClinic but I’m glad my health provider is now at my fingertips! MyMarshfieldClinic is easy to use and they’ve already added new features.

I love MyMarshfieldClinic! It’s a great source of information. I can access it quickly. There are frequently new features that are intuitive. My whole family uses it. Nice job Marshfield Clinic Health System!

It was great for a while, but now it freezes at login and tells me I must setup faceid in settings. It’s already setup. Can’t get past it.
