I can’t log in because I need a pin #. Why do I need a pin when I have to put in email, password, etc. it’s just too much. Then it wants me to “ hat” to get help. I want a flipping g phone number so I can actually TALK to someone!!!!!

Considering g this is supposed to be an improvement over their old app, they have really missed the mark. The app constantly freezes, or only shows incomplete information, particularly in the areas of current conditions/diagnoses, medications and allergies. Unlike other major clinics, whose apps actually allow you to see ALL your records, including radiology reports, progress notes, biopsy results, etc, Marshfield’s app only allows patients to see some labs and never any actual progress notes. Very disappointing app, which falls in line with the declining quality of the clinic!

My app shows appointments and some history detail but nothing on billing. Of course I called the customer service line listed on there for issues and was transferred around several times. I uninstalled the app and tried every other thing they suggested but it’s a no go. No shock since this is exactly how bad the situation internal systems of marshfield clinic are. I wish there were other options in my tiny town for health care.

You can no longer message your actual primary care provider?!? What the heck is the point now? I thought that was the whole idea of the portal so you could message your actual care team.
