Neato Burrito Now Reviews

I had a ton of issues when this site was rolled out- glad to see they’ve all been addressed. No issues in the last month or so!! Only suggestions: skip the signature (if I can buy a computer without signing, why do I need to sign for a $10 burrito?), and I’d love the ability to leave tips for the hardworking employees during all of this.

When attempting to add money to my wallet, NeatoBurritoNow simply crashes. Meanwhile, I have a ton of points that I can’t use because the wallet feature won’t work!

On top of what was mentioned above, NeatoBurritoNow is terribly temperamental in it’s responsiveness. I can’t believe NeatoBurritoNow has been out for several months and is still this buggy. It appears that whoever designed NeatoBurritoNow didn’t test it, or if they did test it they didn’t test it thoroughly.

App crashes every time you refresh the location.

I can mobile order, but there’s no way to link to my rewards atall!

Horrible UI design. Must agree to a TOS but none available to read. Entering phone number on profile appears to lead to a possible security vulnerability. App freezes constantly during use due to background IO operations that block UI. Order tracking displays a photo of logo and no further info. There are numerous other small details an experienced application developer would resolve before allowing NeatoBurritoNow to go live. Please attempt to perform some robust testing before pushing updates to production use. I have little faith that NeatoBurritoNow will allow me to patronize one of my favorite eateries much longer in it’s current state.

I understand that it’s a new app and they’re trying to work through bug fixes!! It’s a good layout for NeatoBurritoNow and although it isn’t working yet it’s gonna be nice for Neato Burrito to finally be back! I don’t get the need for negative reviews when Neato Burrito isn’t fully open yet and it’s just testing!

Thank you for coming back Neato. I was craving a burrito a few weeks ago and had to go to.... Moe’s. It made me want to cry and throw up. Now that you’re back I’ll be eating here at least once or twice a week

UI is all messed up on iphone 1st gen SE resolution. can't sign-up, text overlaps, and buttons are halfway off screen.

app is not designed for iphone 5 thru SE 1st gen displays.

also time was weird when i placed my order. local time was 11 but NeatoBurritoNow was saying it was 10 and i couldn't order until 10:45. i waited until 11:45 and was able to order.

I have the SE and NeatoBurritoNow isn’t glitchy at all. It actually works really well. Would recommend

Absolutely no where is it posted the hours of the store and every time i go on NeatoBurritoNow it will never let me order. i pre loaded the card and everything and i now just have money sitting on a card that i can’t use because of this stupid app.

Easy to assemble order, can never checkout. Once order is assembled it has you sign and then always get “error creating square ID”. Tried on 4 different iPhones and two iPads with same result.

I was so stoked Neato is back but I was disappointed I was unable to use NeatoBurritoNow to earn rewards or to order & pay. I cannot add funds to my e-wallet and NeatoBurritoNow keeps closing out.

I absolutely love your food and I'm very glad you're open again, but NeatoBurritoNow won't let me finalize and pay for my order and you're currently making us order exclusively via NeatoBurritoNow .

I downloaded NeatoBurritoNow and when it doesn’t crash on the loading screen, none of the buttons work. I see the UI but non of the buttons do anything. It’s like it is frozen.

App is completely broken. Doesn’t load menu other than sides.

Also allows users to order while the location is closed.

I’m so happy about this new format of Neato. We missed you so much!

I’ve downloaded NeatoBurritoNow and it doesn’t work at all. I open it and it’s just a frozen screen on the home page of NeatoBurritoNow .

NeatoBurritoNow simply does not do what it was designed to do. i have spent a maddening hour just trying to open NeatoBurritoNow , but it crashes every time. neato burrito wasted time and money developing an app to reopen during the pandemic when they could have switched to a phone order system or added online ordering functionality to their website. foolish.

Crashes every time I refresh locations and always says “mobile orders paused” no matter what time of day.

BARELY works. Also 3200 stars for 1 burrito??

Doesn’t work on android and won’t let you pay on Apple
