Bubbakoo's Burritos Reviews

I love the food from this place, but many times I have had a delivery where they have forgotten to bring me an item. Through BubbakoosBurritos it was impossible to report a delivery problem and get any sort of refund. Even when I called the company directly to refund me for the missing items they said they would mail me a check and I never got anything. They are either thieves or incredibly incompetent. In store service before COVID-19 was outstanding so no fault on that part, but through BubbakoosBurritos and the delivery service... just don’t do it.

I love Bubbakoos Burritos! However, BubbakoosBurritos doesn’t seem to communicate the “notes” section to the restaurant. I’ve ordered things on the side several times but it comes on the meal. When I order sauces for chip, it has been coming on my meal also even though they are two different screens. Has happened several times. Food is awesome though!

1. Why can’t it ever be easy. Why can’t I edit an old order as I should be able to do. Says to tap on item but then nothing happens.

2. Try to start new order and somehow had old order (that I could not edit) in the order. After selecting chips my order was over $40 because it was including an earlier order I tried to edit unsuccessfully...ugh.

3. Finally, went to menu and this allowed me to start new order.

Only issue I see this far is when reordering an old item, you cannot open it to see what it is. My kids and I get the same thing but with subtle differences. If I select an order I made already I can’t see which one is which (to remove one or make a subtle change).

I’m excited for the rewards, but ordering on BubbakoosBurritos doesn’t work unless all items are available? What about taco Tuesday or other a la carte items? No option for Mango Salsa or kids meals either.

Updated: just tried it at our store. They had no idea it had launched and had no idea how to scan. We lost out on the $2 off and 50 points our order would have given us. Receipts do not have barcodes to scan at home later.

Just started to use the store in Sparta. Like the taco taco salad, and there are many variations. It’s always ready when I pick it up, and the people behind the counter, etc, are friendly, and polite.

BubbakoosBurritos is easy to navigate, makes sure you can ask for everything the restaurant can offer, and makes ordering, pickup, or deliver a lot easier!!!!!!

Mobile ordering here is a mistake. I showed up a few minutes after the time my food was supposed to be ready and they said they didn’t have an order from me. They waited until they completed cleared the line before making my food while I sat in the dining room. It would have been way faster to just go through the line. Never again

Kind of a pain to choose from every single category when ordering a burrito. You should just be able to skip rice for example..instead of having to select “no rice” before you’re able to add your item to checkout.

We were so excited to see Bubbakoos here in Sparta we live it in Sea Bright. Excellent food and everyone is so great that works there

Bubbakoos is the best. This new app is a homerun and makes getting food super easy. The rewards are perfect for someone like me who will order more frequently.

BubbakoosBurritos is good. However, there is a lag occurring in BubbakoosBurritos . It won’t let me change payment methods and view/ edit my order. Must be a “bug” within BubbakoosBurritos preventing my selection from going through accurately. Please fix, thank you!

You get through you whole order just to find out that something is not available. Then it does not even tell you what is not available. You have to try and figure it out for yourself.

Bubbakoos has a great brand and BubbakoosBurritos will make things much easier. Great to see the company making solid efforts to cater to their customers.

Delicious food. Love everything I have tried.

How hard is it to check an order before it goes out? Constant problem with this place. Charged for items I don’t receive on top of paying a delivery fee and tip when you didn’t even do your job.

Yes I guess you can get rewards on BubbakoosBurritos now but what happen to making ordering more simple. Meals still don’t have options for no protein and where is the kids menu? Ok so it’s new and different but still same issues.
