I’m a loyal customer. Love eating here at least once a week. Better than giving my phone number every time before cashing out and upsetting myself for forgetting to give my phone number. Now I can just scan my receipt. I didn’t know my card number so I skipped and instead logged in thru Facebook and my points migrated over. Very happy about that. This systems is much better than the previous. I can choose where to apply my points now. 👏

I love hot head burrito and eat there as often as I can. But today the lady at the beginning of the line was Curt and rude. I asked for steak on my burrito and she scraped the bottom of the pan and produced less than 1/2 of a large serving spoon of steam. Then proceeded to move my burrito on down the line. I protested and told her that if that was all the steak she was putting on my burrito I supposed I would need to pay for extra steak. At which she grabbed the burrito and pulled it back the proceeded to open a waiting pan of new steak and added more meat to my burrito. I have never had any issues at the Greenville store save one time years ago. But if each customer received this type of service then there is a problem at this store. Just be sure you’re getting what you asked for because you are the one paying for it.

Long time customer and I have to say Sean and the crew of Hot heads always takes good care of me , fresh food and they make time for me , even if they are busy and say run out of fajita veggies Sean will whip some up fresh and doesn’t miss a step . As someone who has hired / fired and ran my own business , people like this are hard to come by . Thanks again .

The all looks potentially functional except that for some reason it confuses the location closest to me with a other location on my state 183 miles away, and nothing I can do will actually let my local store turn up in HotHeadBurritos . Other locations in my area do appear but the location for the store by me comes up as Columbus Ohio instead of Niles Ohio and all of the address and contact Info is for the Columbus location. There is also no easy way to report this which is incredibly annoying.

The website is great for nutrition calculation so I wanted to give it a chance and just... not happening.

Love hot head and have been using HotHeadBurritos to order food and pickup during covid. Since HotHeadBurritos has been changed I haven’t been able to order and pay ahead keeps telling me there is an error kinda frustrating don’t know what can be done

I eat at hotheads often And always receive great service. The employees know exactly what I want each time Im there , and I see them doing it with other regular customers as well!

We visited yesterday at piqua and the employees were great and helpful. First time to use HotHeadBurritos and be explained it to me and what to do. Great. And the food has always been consistent and they are generous. Much appreciated

HotHeadBurritos constantly displays “no internet connection”, so my local store can’t be selected, and my point balance stays displayed as 0. This is incorrect and makes it impossible to know my rewards point balance. I’ve tried using HotHeadBurritos on various WiFi networks as well as data, so I know my phone has an internet connection and HotHeadBurritos should not be displaying the error

This food at hotheads was amazing and felt like I didn’t want to eat for days! Hotheads is a great service I would recommend eating their and downloading HotHeadBurritos !

Absolutely the best customer service anywhere! Always friendly, always helpful, and always a delight going there.

When I logged into HotHeadBurritos for the first time it gave me an option to enter my rewards card to keep my existing points which I did but none of my points transferred! I was one purchase away from a free burrito, 2 purchases away from a free burrito bowl and had a free drink waiting but none of them transferred! Total scam.

One of my best friends had been to a Hot Head Burrito Restaurant in SC & told me it was amazing. I’m so happy there’s one in my hometown.
The best part of the burrito bowl is they crisp it & smother it with quest o top!

I selected the migrate option in order to transfer my points. The account was created but the points were not transferred. So I logged out and tried to log back in and it’s saying my information is wrong. So I’m trying to reset my password but haven’t received an email to do so smh... not good so far

We love the bowls here! The veggies are very fresh and flavorful. The bowls are bigger and better than the “other” competitors.

Best food in town. Great service. Employees are very professional and friendly. Will be returning soon.

Scanning a receipt that was 3 days old was a snap, but scanning one that was 3 months old choked it. If there’s an expiration date, you have to mention it somewhere.

Food is always great but I didn’t know ask him for the salsa on the side was going to cost me $1.20 extra.

Hothead Burrito is extremely delicious to say the least ! Haaaa Ha

App only lists one location that is almost 13 hours from where I live. If you try to order through HotHeadBurritos , it says there is no location within 25 miles of me and I live 0.6 miles from a Hot Head.

HotHeadBurritos need to be updated with current locations badly. It has that my closest location is 15 miles away when there is one down the street. Looks like I’ll just delete HotHeadBurritos.

When I hit the back button I’m expecting to go back to my last page. Not that it will go back to the store selection site, and delete any order you have chosen.

Wouldn’t load my old rewards from my reward card to HotHeadBurritos

Says only one location. I’m in Florida, way away from Windsor Connecticut
