Received a response from the supposed owner of Neato burrito for my complaint a little bit ago. I would be very happy to talk with you, especially since apparently your employee is boldface lying to you. I actually wanted to call but you don't have a number listed. I also wanted to respond to the post you left, but you left no way to do that. Please know I will be telling everyone I know what happened. If you just want to make a snap judgment and not even talk to a customer...? Well then I guess all the problems at the store just going to continue, And believe me you won't be getting any of my money ever. Not that you ever did hahaha

Horrible UI design. Must agree to a TOS but none available to read. Entering phone number on profile appears to lead to a possible security vulnerability. App freezes constantly during use due to background IO operations that block UI. Order tracking displays a photo of logo and no further info. There are numerous other small details an experienced application developer would resolve before allowing this app to go live. Please attempt to perform some robust testing before pushing updates to production use. I have little faith that this app will allow me to patronize one of my favorite eateries much longer in it’s current state.
iphone SE 1st gen problems

UI is all messed up on iphone 1st gen SE resolution. can't sign-up, text overlaps, and buttons are halfway off screen.
app is not designed for iphone 5 thru SE 1st gen displays.
also time was weird when i placed my order. local time was 11 but the app was saying it was 10 and i couldn't order until 10:45. i waited until 11:45 and was able to order.
