Imagine working in fashion and your objective is to speak to people without having to see them. Sounds great if you know what you’re doing. The girls on this app can’t articulate a sentence, let alone know fashion terms. Their main vocabulary is “these ones”, “beg(not bag)”, “accent/detail”, “cute”, “love” and my personal favorite “absolutely”. Not an intelligent bunch and they can’t even list items correctly. If you see something for an amazing deal and buy it, but they made the mistake in the listing process they go ahead and charge your card for the amount it should have been listed for. Zero accountability on their end.

App is horrible :/ got really excited when I saw they had one on Instagram but it lags and sometimes doesn’t even load and it takes forever for me to see one item sometimes. Also when you message someone, good luck getting a hold of them. Messaged two people and never heard from them. Would love to buy something through this app but the experience alone just trying to get through it makes me skeptical. Lots of bugs that need to be fixed for sure.

this is the worst UX I have ever seen and should be taught as an example in marketing classes. Who thought this app concept would be a good idea? It’s not user friendly at all, completely inaccessible, and super unclear as to how this purchasing experience is supposed to work. Not to mention all the bugs and crashes like others mentioned. So, to shop here, I need to view a bunch of “stories” from their team with the sound on. As someone with auditory processing disorder, I do not enjoy this one bit
