Gone Seriously Downhill

I’ve been shopping at Net-a-Porter since 2012. I loved the site. The merchandise was great and so was the customer service. I just ordered four pairs of shoes last week and heard nothing for almost a week. So I called which is always a pleasant experience in the past. I was greeted by Tony Soprano would proceeded to tell me my merchandise was being held up by unforeseen circumstances. The government wasn’t allowing my shoes to be sent. Really? That is not an unforeseen circumstance at this point. It is known. Why was there no notice on the site or an email informing me when I placed my order? He couldn’t even tell me when they thought they’d ship, so I cancelled my order. He said he ‘would see if I could cancel.’ No apology, nothing. RIP Net-a-Porter. You were great while you lasted.

Has become extremely glitchy

The app has become super glitchy, shopping on it truly has become a horrific experience. Theres something that keeps going wrong when it comes to checking out with the shopping bag, the items disappear when you want to check out, so i go back and put them again but now i have two of everything and theres no way to remove it because when you click on the shopping bag everything disappears again.. I noticed it since last year and i honestly stopped shopping on it, but then for someone unknown reason i tried shopping on the app again and this happened AGAIN!!! Also my friends have been experiencing the same thing..how was it not fixed???????

Cart is Fickle

I have on a few occasions found something I really love, put it in my cart, and without warning me to check out or lose the item, the items would get deleted while I was browsing for other items. Bad system as it leaves the client feeling annoyed. It does not really allow you to select standard shipping, even on sale items, which makes me feel like they should just delete the options. Shipping is consistently delayed on next day orders. Good presentation, quality products, fair return policy.
