You have charged me almost $200 in 30 days fraudulently. I don't even have your app on my phone!@ Someone borrowed me a phone with service and phone number in their name. They abruptly took the phone back without letting me erase the information from the phone. All my bank cards, password, everything was in that phone. You are not authorized to take money. from my account. You need to refund it back to the card and stop billing me.

I was directed to your app by my QR code reader and it was not clear that this was a paid-for app. I didn't use it, but I now find that I have been billed £144.
