TrustcoBank needs to save my User Name so I don’t have to type it each time. When paying bills there should be a confirmation screen prior to saving the payment just in case an error is made.

Before the latest update, you had to establish special mobile login credentials; basically one login for the desktop and one for the mobile app. With the latest update, you use the same credentials as the desktop website and if using TrustcoBank for the first time, you'll get a two-factor authentication (2FA) code sent to your phone. It would be preferable to allow use of an authentication app outside of a phone as the phone could be lost or the number hijacked. Never the less, both the website and app are a step up.

The previous app was slow, devoid of easy-to-access information, and the fingerprint login was way behind the times.
This "new" "updated" app is quickly proving to be as bad, if not worse.

This is a new App but you would think it would have been tested before release. Lots of trouble signing up now cannot log in at all on mobile app. Have been trying for over an hour and keep getting messages app is having problems try again later. Not good for a banking app when you need to look at your account.
