To frequent reverification required.
I frequently have to re-verify every two weeks. And your bank is unable to send me a text I have to do a call.I’m going to the local branch to correct it with no success, and I’ve called your technical people no results

Address update
I have previously updated my address months ago when I moved and still receiving mail from you with my old address. I’m afraid they will stop forwarding it!!!!!!!!! When I go in app- it shows it was updated… Is there no communication????

Not great for online banking
This app doesn’t work well compared to other institutions. Slow and has a hard time recognizing mobile deposit imagines.
