The previous app was much better
Can’t see details for sending money and input field for amount is also not visible
There is no confirmation page to review details before sending funds
Please fix

Many functionalities in IDFCFIRSTBank doesn’t work. They couldn’t fix the UPI issue. It has been more than 3 days, still haven’t fixed it. If I access many parts of IDFCFIRSTBank , it crashes. First make IDFCFIRSTBank stable and build the functionality and sure there is no regression. App full of bugs and crashes or not working. Very very annoying and highly undependable app. In case of any urgency, your app will ditch the customers. [Apple] - Why are you removing the reviews? This is the third time I am writing the reviews and you wiped two of my previous reviews. Very very poor.

This is the worst app ever designed for net banking. It is asking us to authenticate foreign numbers via random text message at owners expense. Instead why can’t you authenticate using otp or secure key.

Very bad app and IDFC banking service app is not compatible with latest version of iOS 17.1.1 on iPhone 15 pro max mode. On the registration screen keypad is not coming up to enter the OTP.

Please look into this issue

Old app was way better on many fronts:
1. Allowed multiuser log in. Indian households require this functionality
2. Less cluttered - clean interface
3. Way too much happening on each screen

The latest version (2.25) no longer works on WiFi. It just shows an error saying “It is taking longer than usual. Please check your network and retry login.”

It works with mobile data only if the added invasive tracking (like Google Analytics, Firebase logging, etc.) is not blocked for better privacy.

Previous versions of IDFCFIRSTBank did not have these issues and worked on WiFi as well as allowed for better privacy. Please fix these issues ASAP.

IDFCFIRSTBank is not working on iPhone 14 pro because of the e-sim feature.

When I use your Credit card on any retail web or app the interface to enter OTP is not user friendly, Citi has a good screen please match to similar, I feel it’s a web page and not made for App

Performance can be improved

From the reviews I was expecting some old and slow app but it is actually a really nice app. First login was really smooth and they also have face id feature, that’s convenient. Adding payee and sending money was also easy. I don’t know why people rated it so low but it’s a good application, I kinda like it.

thing that could be improved is more secured say app stays in login unless we sign out so it could get auto signed out say 2 or 3 mins as required to be more secure

This is a very well designed app. I transfer money from my NRE account regularly. It would be nice if i can either the exchange rate or the amount of foreign currency i want to receive before i fill the amount in Indian rupees. This would make IDFCFIRSTBank perfect

I have been complaining a lot about IDFCFIRSTBank not being optimal for seniors. Finally they have done it. Now it functions beautifully even in iPad and have had no technical glitches with any function. Thanks a lot developmental team. It is a pleasure to use this now.

When you try to add payee page hangs neither you can select bank name or not even able to click close or back . Just able to scroll bank names
Other one is not able to add pay name “enter name “ will not disappear
