I have purchased your Expert Grill-EG30QT Turkey Fryer- Model # XGA136160915001. I have a question as it has ruined my Thanksgiving. I've been frying Turkey for about 5 years, I bought your turkey fryer. In your manual, you have information regarding how to measure how much oil to put in. Which I thought was brilliant as everyone's turkey will not be the same size. I needed to put in 4 inches of oil past your mandatory line as part of the legs would not have been fried. I was only going to go over 3 inches. if you use the how-to measure the oil as indicated in your manual with the water and the turkey and you go slightly over the line is that a problem?

We have an Expert Grill combo - charcoal and propane. It quick working in May and I have tried every conceivable way to have this addressed with no luck. It was just over a year old, has been used maybe 10 times and the valve quit working and you cannot get the parts to replace them, one won't work which nullified the use of all 3. We are seniors spent over $500.00 and this is a lot of money for us for a deck ornament, its not good for anything else! We started trying to have this addressed immediately and this is now November and still nothing. It has a 2 year warranty but what good is that if they don't stand behind the product! I have receipts, sent them to the warranty people and still not getting results although they have tried too.

I bout a grill/pellet grill used it twice…the pellet side caught fire the second use and after washing the grease pan after the fire part of the foil stuck to it and it’s completely rusted…I see it’s guaranteed for 2 years and want to return after 2 uses… Thank you I have pictures to prove it

We bought the expert grill DH 122212-W propane grill/ charcoal grill combo 2 years ago. We barely use it and today when I opened the grill to cook dinner the burners had fallen off the wall of the grill. The burner holders had completely rusted off. We keep it under a covered porch so I don’t understand how this happened or if can even be fixed, need to know who to contact

We have not used our grill all winter because everytime we do it flashes ERL or 32 degrees. It will not keep heat it will not grill efficiently and it a complete waste of money. I keep giving it chances thinking it is something I am doing and it repeats the same issues over and over again. I am done. It started when we had it for 3 months and so far has been less than a year. I want a return and a refund!

I purchased 2 Expert Gas grills. However, I have a problem with one of them. I tried to light it the day b4 Thanksgiving for the first time. It will not light, I cannot hear any gas going through the lines. I tried to blow the lines to make sure there was no clog and still not working, Can you suggest any other ways to fix this, or the possible cause. Thank you, Mary

I have an expert grill LED light that attaches to the grill hood handle. I rarely use it as I usually grill during daylight. A couple of nights ago I grilled some steaks and tried to turn the light on but it didn't work. When I press the power button the light flashes rapidly while I hold the button. When I release it the light goes out.

I have been trying to reach customer service. Nobody answers the phone!! I bought a grill 2.months ago for my husband and he loves it!!. BUT, it is losing the paint off the hood and is starting to rust. We need to talk to someone about this....its not like we have used it alot in 2 mths. Poor design and poor customer service.

This app would be great if the WiFi was stronger and if the probe setting was accessible. With the WiFi a person pretty much has to be “in the line of site” with the device and within 20 feet. Then with the probe, it works, but there is no way to hit the “ok” button after changing the temperature. The keypad is in the way and the developers don’t seem to be worried about it. iPhone 12. iOS 15…

Problem app

The app connected to the grill at first. Then it lost the signal although my phone had not moved. It will not connect to my phone at all now and when in search mode only shows expert grill_Richard’s Applewatch. It is a problem. I have an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch series 7.

Borderline useless app

This app is pretty much useless, yes you can change temp and prime with it. But it looses connection every time phone goes to sleep or you change to another app. Most of the time you have to clear the app and reopen to reconnect. Definitely disappointing.
