Expert Grill Status

I bought a Expert Grill 4 burner grill form Walmart last year. I went to use it a couple of months ago and i noticed that if i have all burners on max at the same time the flames are small. If i start turning the burners off 1 at a time the flame gets bigger. What can i do to get a even flame on all of the 4 burners?

Trying to register our new Expert Grill 5 burner with side burner online. The registration card tells you to scan it and when I do, I get a 404 NOT FOUND. The Model #: 720-0968C The Serial # WMU720KUHF0968C-007884A Date of Purchase 5-17-2024 Private Mobil:404-049-9244 After speaking to the Rep at 1-833-908-2026 she stated I do not need to register the item just hold on to the receipt with purchase date. I will consider this form of contact, the registration my grill. I hope and pray I never need to use the warrantee info and this performs as others have stated in reviews. Yours in Health, Dr. J. I just started my brand new pellet grill. I set temp to 225 degrees and it just gets hotter and hotter.

I have a Pellet smoker that gets a high temp error within 20min after startup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

just put my walmart expert grill 7200789Ga together and it has a pakage with a chain and spring conector . Its not in the instructions or manuel?Where dom they go?
