Very disappointing ! The fact that they charge a monthly fee of $5 for this is like asking a customer to pay the price for a Mercedes and all you get is a Honda Civic ! Extremely lax security for log in. Once you’re in, they automatically added ability to send money to anyone with just their name, phone number and $ amount which SCREAMS “hacker” and come take my money. I’ve closed down my account before I even got the card in the mail.

I got my card in the mail and I can’t even activate it on MyBrightFi because it keeps giving me “ error: we are unable to complete your request please try again. “ how can I even start and I can’t even activate my card. And then, customer service doesn’t even pick up the phone or the email doesn’t even reply back to me. It’s frustrating.

Hello I'm on your customer bright fi And I have been locked out of my account for three days I cannot get ahold of any customer support whatsoever they don't email me back this system will not let me change my password and I need to get into my account so I can get my funding so I can pay my rent I think right that finance company is a bunch of truck or crap and they don't know what they're doing and they shouldn't be a business and I recommend nobody ever trust them because they won't help you get your money out of their bank they won't even contact you back you can't call a number and talk to anyone even though it says right on the website you talked to people not robots no you don't talk to anybody The 800 support number? Hangs up on you I need someone from Bright fi to contact me immediately today December 7th My name is Lonnie Haney 641-417 2005. I need to get access to my account and your system will not let me reset my password so someone's there a person if there are people who actually work there needs to pick up the phone call me and help me reach out my password so I can get into my account I've been trying to get hold you guys for 3 days worse company ever worship my life I need to pay my rent is everything and they have my money
