My card is also locked so I can’t use it and I still have money on there I just want to get my money off and be done with brightfi I have called numerous of times and no answer

I have been trying to get a hold of Brett five cuz they say there's no boxes and you talk to people but you can't even get a hold of anybody that has anything to do with Wi-Fi I don't know why but they don't answer any of their phone numbers that you get one beautiful two hours yesterday the other one the 800 support number you're supposed to be located in Scottsdale Arizona could not find that listing either even though it's on the website information couldn't even find it I tried all day yesterday I called New York Sterling Bank because actually they come through they said they don't know nothing really about bright but I really I have been trying to get a hold of right by about my account because something is wrong that I can't get into it and I don't know why the username is not working I can't reset the username and password cuz it won't match my phone number to my social security number I need breakfast to get a hold of me I emailed them they don't get a hold of you that he's not going to hold me I wish they would so I need to get into my account so I can pay my rent so yeah they're putting me in a financialdying crisis financial crisis because they won't let me get to my account I need to get to my account today but they won't get a hold of me I tried all day yesterday and the day before this is the third day still can't get a hold of them people I can't get into the website cuz it won't let me reset my password cuz it doesn't recognize my phone number and my social security number I don't know which but it can't match them up but they're both mine they're both on the application I filled out why the hell won't work to get any damn website change my password so I'll give you my account come on brightfi get it together you say that you have people we can talk to you well maybe you should teach those people how to answer the damn phone

" Hi developer " I have an account with you I have attempted 20+ times on Saturday and Sunday Dec 4th - 5th to photo license/ passport / and selfie - for your ID purposes - it never works -photo of passport = glare' mass driver's license - out of focus'. your system tells me to take selfie when I go to continue 'got it ' - it gives me 2 options passport or license . Mass drivers licenses all have 'moire' patterns superimposed on the photo of the license holder - this may be the reason why is says out of focus - very frustrating and taking too much time - please help me solve this problem. btw - the Passport photo does have glare in it . I want to use your bank - but if this is not solved - I'll cancel my account with you

SCREAMS HACKER !!!

Very disappointing ! The fact that they charge a monthly fee of $5 for this is like asking a customer to pay the price for a Mercedes and all you get is a Honda Civic ! Extremely lax security for log in. Once you’re in, they automatically added ability to send money to anyone with just their name, phone number and $ amount which SCREAMS “hacker” and come take my money. I’ve closed down my account before I even got the card in the mail.

Can’t even activate card

I got my card in the mail and I can’t even activate it on the app because it keeps giving me “ error: we are unable to complete your request please try again. “ how can I even start and I can’t even activate my card. And then, customer service doesn’t even pick up the phone or the email doesn’t even reply back to me. It’s frustrating.
