How to fix CallsUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CallsUp app on iPhone
Update CallsUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CallsUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CallsUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CallsUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CallsUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CallsUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CallsUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » CallsUp » click [Force Stop]

Update CallsUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CallsUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CallsUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CallsUp.

Fix CallsUp unable to contact server/ CallsUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CallsUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CallsUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CallsUp
