I have a problem with MyPompeii

No current problems

- App declared a valid order number as invalid.

- Had to scan someone else's barcode to use the app.

- App logs out after a few minutes of inactivity and asks to restart the tour.

- App requires an internet connection to restart the tour, which can be spotty in the park.

- Content keeps trying to load online, even though it should be available offline.

- App doesn't work at all, even with a valid ticket.

- Useless for the reviewer's trip and embarrassing for Italian tourism.

To resolve MyPompeii network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MyPompeii App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyPompeii » click [Force Stop]

Clear MyPompeii App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyPompeii » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyPompeii.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyPompeii » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyPompeii » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
