How to fix Kinepolis app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kinepolis app on iPhone
Update Kinepolis app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kinepolis iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kinepolis on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kinepolis network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Kinepolis not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kinepolis App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kinepolis » click [Force Stop]

Update Kinepolis to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kinepolis App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kinepolis » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kinepolis.

Fix Kinepolis unable to contact server/ Kinepolis internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kinepolis » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kinepolis » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
