How to fix GuideSafe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GuideSafe app on iPhone
Update GuideSafe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GuideSafe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GuideSafe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GuideSafe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GuideSafe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GuideSafe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GuideSafe App
1. On android, goto Settings » GuideSafe » click [Force Stop]

Update GuideSafe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GuideSafe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GuideSafe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GuideSafe.

Fix GuideSafe unable to contact server/ GuideSafe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GuideSafe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GuideSafe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GuideSafe
