I have been having some ups and down with my wife of 8 years. She took a break and went to stay with her mom in Ohio. We always spoke at night and I noticed that she started to be distant with me and being so far away; I didn’t know what was going on. If there is anyone who has any issues regarding infidelity, I recommend Chris , he’s a super legit investigatory professional. I mean, in just a couple of hours after I paid for his services, he was able to open up my wife’s phone. Such a life changer and saver! I’m really thankful to Chris for helping me out of my situation and doubts…. All these other apps are a waste of money.. don’t even bother. Disappointed not what I expected

They should be telling people that you have to download FamilyPhoneLocationTracker onto the other family members phone for all of this to work. Period

One star for taking a dollar for a trial and not telling me that I have to put malware on the targets phone. Enjoy the dollar but your product will pay the price for deceiving people.

Activated some subscription on its own and takes away 19 dollars every month, doesnt even let me cancel the subscribtion. I demand immediate help on this case.

I just wanna say they charge me a lot money and I just cancel everything and they still charged me, 19.99 more than 3 times in the months

I saw FamilyPhoneLocationTracker on a social media add. I signed up for a free trial and immediately realize it was not what I expected and that there were several similar apps but much better than this one. I immediately cancel the subscription but now they keep charging my account. They charged me the whole $19.99 for a year and then 1 week later they charged me another $14.99. I have sent 5 request to cancel but they just keep charging my account. DO NOT SIGNUP FOR FamilyPhoneLocationTracker

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the email I signed up with I no longer have access to it and they won’t cancel or tell me how to cancel using another email. They keep charging my account. Clearly not a legitimate business.

FamilyPhoneLocationTracker needs you to send the other person an invite , it doesn’t just let you track others through their number without an invite. That wasn’t stated in the advertisement. Keep your money! Use find my or send eachother locations .

I canceled right away and they continue to charge my card. Customer service is through email and response is lagged and still waiting for resolution. Do not download!!!

Waste of time and money. I signed up for 3 days only to find out that the other party needs to accept tracking permissions. Secondly , i am being charged for a $19.99 subscription that I didn’t authorize. Please refund.

This is such a scam I have been communicating with customer support for a refund of erroneous charges. Have them all the proof they needed. I’m waiting on a refund and asked them not to bill my card and they verified my subscription was cancelled and then billed my card again today. This has got to be illegal!

Canceled subscription and FamilyPhoneLocationTracker continues to charge me $19.99 + 0.99 . This occurred for two months now. Apple will reimburse you after the transaction goes through.

They are a scam. After the subscription was canceled during the trial.period I was charged on that day as well as two weeks later..have emailed customer support for over a month with the same ticket number. As there automated email spills out the same rejection over and over. So you don’t get no real response. As You’re getting charged again after the subscription been canceled. 😡 . This is illegal and I will take legal action for it through my cc company.

FamilyPhoneLocationTracker is charging my card fraudulently….the subscription was canceled the same day within the same hour of downloading it but still charging my card. They do not have a customer service number to where you can contact them and the emails aren’t working….this company is a scam and steals money
