Routes page is just blank. Can't select or view any route. Tried to submit feedback in ETASPOT which caused ETASPOT to crash.

ETASPOT is mostly useless for finding a timetable to balance one day. Please look at other public transit apps Like SEPTA to get ideas. You are killing me I find and paper copies to plan my day.

😢 It used to be sporadic at best. Now it doesn’t work at all. But the website still says to use it.

ETASPOT doesn’t show all the buses. Your best option is just to stand at the designated stop and wait and wait and wait.

View schedule times not even in chronological order

My university uses it for tracking its bus service and it’s essentially good for nothing. Bus locations rarely, if ever show up so it’s no help for finding arrival times. At best it’s helpful for showing you routes or stops, but that’s not something exclusive to ETASPOT

I am sitting here waiting on bus and it is never here when ETASPOT says it is supposed to. Sometimes later in the evening it is off by 20 minutes or more

This apps needs to be updated or something because it is so unreliable. The times are rarely right and it gives has me waiting all day ALL the time!

I click on ETASPOT on my iPhone, it goes to the sight, for about 3-4 seconds then ETASPOT closes and goes back to my home screen. Trying to use it with Tulsa Transit Authority, Tulsa Oklahoma. Doesn't deserve even one star. Junk!

At DFW airport many busses don’t appear in ETASPOT . They drive the routes yet don’t appear in ETASPOT . This happens mostly in the mornings. They’re either turning off their gps or they’re not installed. ETASPOT is useless unless all their busses are compliant.

Buses barely show up on ETASPOT . I have to walk out now and just hope a bus comes soon instead of being able to see where a bus is real time

ETASPOT uses GB of data in a week. That is not right! It has affected my bill and I barely use it. VERY concerned. It is either a bug or they are using your phone as a hotspot to share data with others (which is a crime).

Sometimes it works and then it doesn’t. If you are relying on ETASPOT for important things, like work, it’s a total crapshoot on which day it will work or not. It really is difficult to get anywhere if you want to use ETASPOT.

Love ETASPOT when it actually shows the location of the bus. It will occasionally show where the bus is then it will magically disappear or will say the bus is running when it isn't. Bug definitely needs to be fixed

On the whole, it does what it needs to do, but it is a bit glitchy in ways and has to be essentially “rebooted” to get it working right again. Most of all... come on. How about LANDSCAPE support?

Seems to vary a little. Don’t always get bus icon. Timing I haven’t quite figured out. Jumps around a lot. But otherwise, thumbs up!

My school just upgraded their buses to support ETASPOT and it is super helpful! I used to have to call the school before my class to make sure a bus wasn’t running late (otherwise I had to call!). Such a breath of fresh air! App is super accurate!!! Thank you god!!!

Excellent app! I use it regularly! I’ve always been able to rely on it to make sure I know where the bus is and what time I need to be at the bus stop. Highly recommended

We use ETASPOT for Ztrans routes in New Mexico and overall I haven’t had any problems. I appreciate how far it shows the bus and the location of other buses in town. It leaves out a lot of guess work.

Former app was more user friendly and provided a planning feature which is apparently unavailable with SPOT.

Live tracking is not reliable. ETA is never right. Which really defeats the one and only purpose of ETASPOT...

5 minutes to 20 ridiculous

I ride the bus with our local agency and I also work for them. The schedule is incomplete and incorrect. It would be much more helpful if the COMPLETE and CORRECT schedule was installed in the application.

It will say there is a bus coming, then Casper will pass by driving an invisible bus...and you’ll be late to your destination.
