Hey there, I cannot make contact with my intex spa using wifi from another location. From my home wifi network it works fine. I also cannot connect using mobile network.

App cannot find my product to set up. I have installed the app on my android device, I can log into the app however the app can not find my spa. I have completed ALL troubleshooting recommendations outlined in the manual, including changing my wifi to 2.4 I'm at a loss as to what to do next
