🏷️ About:
The IntexLink Spa Management App is designed for WiFi enabled Intex products with the (WiFi) icon. It allows you to connect to your Intex PureSpa via wifi and control it from anywhere. The app provides full functionality to set temperature, program the heater, and set maintenance schedules for water filtration and chlorination (on select models). It also helps you save energy by maintaining an idle water temperature during times of non-use.
The password field is overlapped by the login button so I can’t even enter the password.

It will not connect to my iPhone 5G. It says it only supports “2.4G”. For such a new product why isn’t it up to date with WiFi?

I can’t create an account because I cannot accept the user agreement because of the screen size please help
Apple should really not allow such garbage in IntexLink Store. These companies should not be allowed to advertise their products as Wi-Fi compatible when they are simply not my guess is they make some horrible after never works just so they can sell their products with the Wi-Fi logo on the box
Poor interface

By now this company should have been able to graduate to at least 4G! Most phones in the US are at least 4G, many are 5G. Many home networks are 5G post Covid. 2.4G? Really? In Europe maybe…unable to use IntexLink!
So much potential, so many bugs

IntexLink could be great, and I had high hopes for it despite the low rating. I used it for a day and thought it was flawed, but useable. Then on day 2 it just bugged out and was useless. Hopefully it will straighten itself out. If Intex can get IntexLink to work, I would add a refresh button—I noticed that the data IntexLink shows you doesn’t refresh on its own, so you have to close IntexLink and go back in to get updated info. Refresh button would be great.
Lots of potential but very buggy

Lots of potential, but too buggy.
* half the time I open my spa it tells me "invalid operation" * the spa target temperature is inconsistent. Sometimes showing the real target and Sometimes showing a random temperature. Reduces confidense that the spa is set correctly. * schedules can never be updated. If I try to edit one or always says "scheduling conflict" while saving, even if there is only one schedule. Always have to delete and recreate.
Ok, but needs updates.

Looks nice, options are good, but you have to reset IntexLink a lot to make it respond.
From time to time the temperature screen will revert to Celsius from Fahrenheit and sometimes flashes back and forth between them. I recommend showing the temperature while pressing on the temperature wheel as it can be difficult determining the actual temperature selected (It appears I selected 100 but actually selected 98). Good news is the recent update no longer crashes when creating a new account.
4 stars because I can (for the most part) remotely control my spa

While setting up my Intex account for the first time I also ran into the issue with the screen size and could not access the button to continue. I unfortunately don’t recall what I did to get passed that, but finally did. Initial connection of the spa control to my WiFi was very frustrating! After MANY attempts across many days trying to use my iPhone and two different iPad’s unsuccessfully, and even splitting my router from one 2.4/5 ghz network to separate 2.4 and 5 ghz networks I then tried a Samsung phone running Android and it worked the 1st time I tried! The temperature setting dial in IntexLink does not work very well, it jumps from one temperature setting to 2 or 3° above or below where you want it when you slide the dial, it is impossible to set it at my preferred temperature of 101°. IntexLink is also glitchy it sometimes switches from Fahrenheit to Celsius and when it comes back to Fahrenheit the temperature setting has been changed and once that happens I again cannot get it to my preferred setting of 101°F and need to physically go to the spa to obtain my setting. I have also encountered the error others speak of, but that seems to be resolved if you just back out and re-select the spa, but then it sometimes changes from Fahrenheit to Celsius and there goes my temperature setting (again). As far as the 2.4 ghz requirements. Almost all WiFi routers are duel band 2.4 / 5 ghz so connecting to your home router should not be an issue, I have a bunch of connected devices that only support 2.4 ghz. It should not matter if your phone is 3g, 4g or 5g since the spa controller is connected to your local network and not cellular. It would be cool if you could set a temperature alarm that would notify you if the temperature falls below a set-point. I am not sure if the notifications would even work though seeing that almost every time I launch IntexLink I need to log back in. This would be helpful in the event the heater turns off and the control unit displays “END”. My spa was down to 68° and I had no idea until I looked at the display on the unit. With a few bug fixes IntexLink could easily be a five star + application.
Got it working!

Tips -Don’t use auto fill for email. Type it in. -Press the + sign to add your spa after it has found it
Seems good so far!

Not sure why IntexLink has such negative reviews. So far it seems to do everything that it claimed. 👍
Thisapp simply won't connect to the spa. The spa is on the network it is connected to 2 G. It simply doesn't connect.
App Crash

Tried to set up an account for this application, when you hit get code IntexLink crashes, I have tried this from two separate devices. When I try to contact developer it does not have an option for app support under technical. I created an account on Intex hoping this would allow me in and still it would not accept this. I was really excited to try this feature. :(

This app is useless. “Register failed” error every time. Followed the directions exactly and no luck.

Won't connect to the wifi. I've got my data turned off, I'm on 2.4Gz on my phone and I'm within range. Cannot find my spa and pair it no matter what I do.
