Again - another day of not being able to use the Playback function due to the "Unstable Network" error message. TP-Link really need to seriously address and fix this problem as it a constant/continual problem. Please sort it!
I am again getting "The network is unstable. Please try again later" error message. It has been working OK for the last few days, then 'BAM' I get this message and am unable to download footage using the "Playback" function. This is supposed to be a SECURITY camera made useless by this continual error because I can't review previous video footage. Please can you look into this and sort your servers which has been an ongoing issue since 2021. I wish I had never purchased this. The camera is OK but made inoperable by the TAPO Care app and the flaky servers.

Can't able to viewing live and recording videos clearly in my mobile. It's looks like damaged vision.
Tapo app viewer on android has begun freezing showing the same time after a few minutes and sometimes goes back to home screen. Have to tap cameras on home screen to start.
Camera works fine until to detect move than said network unstable.After I turn off and on mobile phone works ok.
I have just installed two C200 cameras today. It worked for 10mins and then has been showing "network unstable". I have tested the internet connection and wifi signals and everything is fine. My TAPO APP has stopped working, it says "Network Unstable" on my mobile phone screen (Android). I have 5 cameras running in our apartment abroad as burglary protection! What are the prospects for it to be back up running?
Suddenly stopped working. A relative has set up the TAPO c200. I am a shared user. All was great for one day then no video. Says 'network unstable ' Was ok for a few hours now suddenly today Nothing and app seems to be locked. It is very important that this camera works reliably. Please sort this problem asap.
There's been activity in front of my camera all day yet no recordings waiting to be seen. Never ever had this happen before. My partners app is only showing old recordings and nothing new.

It's continuous recording keep crashing and its keeps buffering all the time. It takes quite a lot of time to open as well since last week m facing this problem earlier it was working perfectly fine.
My Tapo camera was working fine for 3 months, but it plays live viewing only for 3seconds then freezes with tap to refresh message, when refreshed plays again for 3 seconds only, again tap to refresh. Works normal in android, it’s on my iPhone I’m having this problem. The phone is brand new.
Since almost a week now and the app is crashing and doing very strange actions and freezing, some times I hear the voices with no movements! I don't know what's goin on with the app it was working perfectly while using it for almost 2 years!! I uninstall the app then installed it back and nothing changed , I just lost the records has been saved on it !!! Please try to solve these issues it seems happening to others as well not only me!
When viewing recordings, i can only view them for a short while. It keeps crashing while i'm reviewing my recordings. It is frustrating that i can't view/review continuously without these constant interruptions.

Camera shows picture but is not recording it looks like it has had the red line but nothing comes up. Sometimes it says network not stable
