As soon as we get to the page to add the product, it says “could not find product”. Tried many times. Wifi shows as connected.

Hi team, this is extremely frustrating
App doesn’t let me add a product - when I hit Next after the WiFi password it crashes
No way to reach you - only the international side with no options to get help re App or share crash protocol at least
We all paid more because you claim on your webpage and in your Product description this works but it doesn’t

Apple should really not allow such garbage in the App Store. These companies should not be allowed to advertise their products as Wi-Fi compatible when they are simply not my guess is they make some horrible after never works just so they can sell their products with the Wi-Fi logo on the box
