Fast Tracker - FastTrack Reviews

So far I’m enjoying FastTracker . I have only forgotten once to log in. It’s easy to use and helps me stay on track. I just started fasting for the first time. I’m feeling better already. I have more energy and feel like I’m loosing weight. I plan to keep fasting as long as I can.

FastTracker is straightforward and easy to use. There’s no bells or whistles like a reminder 30min before your fast is ending and I’m not quite sure what the weight box is doing because it doesn’t give any info there. It would be nice since it appears to have the .0 that you could input your true total weight but it only takes the first 3 numbers. For now as I’m starting out 16/8, it’s working for me.

So many apps claim to be free but require premium subscriptions just to provide basic functionality. Ug!

This is app is actually free, and gives me everything I want: a fasting/eating clock with alarms. It may not be the flashiest fasting app out there, but it's exactly what I was looking for.

I like that FastTracker keeps track of your eating window as well as your fasting period.
However, even though I usually do an 18 to 20 hour fast each day, once a week I like to fast for 44 hours. Once in a while, I like to do a 66 hour fast. There is not enough flexibility in setting the times because this only allows up to 23 1/2 hours per fast.

I was looking for something to track 10-day and 30-day fasts. I have another app that does this. It’s mostly a stop watch. But I forgot to set it until I was 5 hours into the fast and it won’t let me edit the start time unless I paid for a subscription. I hoped FastTracker would worked better. But it seems to only track intermittent fasting.

I have tried a few fasting apps and they’re also complicated. FastTracker is super simple you start your fast it tells you when it ends and you enter your way if you want to simple easy love it!

FastTracker is great! It’s so easy, so simple, great for people who don’t have a lot of time. Love, this. There is a problem though I wrote this review and every nickname it try to make me submit before being allowed to send the review in was taken..

Love that it tells your fasting and eating windows. I had another app that didn’t track the eating window and I tended to get sloppy with keeping my window open longer. FastTracker helps me stay more accountable!

I have never tried FastTracker or any other app but I love this one do the easy way of me understanding on how it works. I really recommend it especially for people that never done fasting.

Love that it’s FREE, easy to use AND easy to adjust times if needed. I bought another fasting tracker app - WAY too much time spent entering in food and drinks - so unnecessary! I just needed an app to track my fasts, and this is perfect!! Thank you!!!

If you want something to track your intermittent fasting and weight, FastTracker is great. It does not put a plan together or give you diet or fasting tips. That you will have to get somewhere else.

I do like FastTracker . I like how it reminds you when to start/end your fast. Now if I could only keep up w it & not cheat….

It’s a nice app but I’d like to also track 36hr+ and have the option to plan future fast dates (5/2 fasts and or quarterly 3day fasts) on a calendar. Will keep looking for something more robust. Thank you

Just what I needed, something straight to the point. Although you can edit your fasting times, I haven’t found a way to edit my weight that I inadvertently didn’t save the first time.

Basic fasting tracker with notifications. No bells and whistles and completely free! Wish it had water tracking.

Really was looking for a easy/simple fast tracking app, most others require a subscription?!?! Kudos to FastTracker

Perfect for my needs. Lets me know it’s time to stop fasting so I don’t have to watch the clock. Keeps me motivated!

Simple but customizable. Gives me total control to track how I want to.

FastTracker is user friendly without all the extra notifications. That is perfect 👍🏾 for me.
