Jevona! Horrible and unreliable

Bought a 2021 this app Grand Cherokee L in October. App worked great until December. Fuel level, info, miles, and vehicle health has not updated in 57 days as of today! this app, you need to fix this. Having this software issue not fixed in almost 2 months makes this app owners think “Does this app care about customer loyalty or their safety?” This is completely unacceptable especially after spending $50k on a car. Also, my app shows I have version 1.31.6, but Jeep Store clearly shows an update from a month ago of version 1.4. I deleted Jeep and logged back in multiple times, but still don not have version 1.4. I also see that there have been reviews here stating that you (this app) have NOT responded to this app owners who have provided their vin and vehicle information to possibly have it fixed. So, please if you ask for this information, we expect some professionalism and respond appropriately with A FIX TO THIS PROBLEM! We have been a loyal this app owner for almost 14 years and we expected more. Are you going to fix this or what?!?!?

Jevona! Will this app ever respond to the emails we’ve sent days ago?!?!?!

Worthless app

Had a 6-month trial when I got my new 2021 this app. Grand Cherokee L. Worked great for the first 5 months. Since then, nothing. Remote start doesn’t work. Lock/unlock does not work. I renewed my subscription for the service, uninstalled and reinstalled Jeep , and nothing. Do not waste $150 on a service which doesn’t come close to delivering what it promises. I will be asking for a refund. Tired of waiting 20-30 minutes for the this app to start or unlock the doors. And it still doesn’t work when that time is up. Customer service told me that once I renew, it will work. Nice try. Very disappointed this app customer here.

Added this app lameness (3/24)- good luck getting help from this app Customer Care. First time I call, I get sent to a voicemail. Second call sends me to someone who doesn’t know how to work her computer. Third call gets me transferred 4 different times to someone from one department to another department. It’s clear they’re not able to handle these issues. Do not purchase this service. It doesn’t work and is a waste of money and time, since their people aren’t able to help.

Great addition

Jeep is great. I have a Subaru, and it’s app is nowhere near how good and easy Jeep is. Of course, my new Gladiator is in the shop, because there is an issue with the airbag. The car sent us a text that we needed to take it to get looked at. While, I wish, I had my car, that is impressive, that it texts you. It makes me nervous, though, because I just got rid of a Ford Fusion, that was in the shop, numerous times.

We are fine with the this app. I don’t know who the person is that runs your shop. But, he couldn’t be any nicer. He has kept us updated on what is happening. We have another car, we are not stuck. But, this man is the reason, we will continue to go to Gossett this app for any service that needs to be done. Ford was nowhere near as forthcoming.

App works quickly consistently

This is a follow up review to a recent one where I gave Jeep a poor review. After taking the vehicle to the dealership and updating the software on the Uconnect system, Jeep now works as advertised. Quick and intuitive remote controls basic information on fuel oil levels as well as tire pressure which is a convenient way to access basic information. Remote features such as door locks and remote start is also included and works well.

Five stars!

I would give it no stars if I could.

The positive reviews you can guarantee were written by someone at the company and they are lying.

Don’t buy the Grand Cherokee L Summit or mess with this app or Jeep.

They only care about your money and not providing you a service.

Read the developer’s response on every single one of these reviews and look at the times the reviews were posted and absolutely nothing has changed.

My situation is 100% identical and I bought my Grand Cherokee L Summit off of the showroom floor in July. First it was putting more miles on the car than I was driving and when I started calling this app raising Cain about it and asked for the location data from Jeep a little over a month after having the car Jeep and everything mysteriously stops working. They start giving you excuse after excuse and telling you to take it to the dealership. The last place the location data ever worked was at the dealership when this app had me take it there to see why the mileage was off.

I was driving 28 miles a week and it was putting over a 100. They must have been fudging the numbers for mileage or trying to speed up warranties. I could check the location of my car on Jeep from then on and it would show it still at the dealership when I called and complained it quit showing anything.

It’s good but bad

I got my 2021 this app GCL in December 2021 and loved Jeep. It always worked so fast to start my car, unlock the doors, etc and I loved that I could see my fuel levels and all that right from my phone. However, February 7th is the last day any of that has updated. It’s been 93 days now since it’s updated and there is no feature in Jeep that allows you to ‘refresh’ the data. I have spent so much time online trying to find people with similar issues and nothing. What’s weird is I can still unlock the doors, start the car, and see it’s location but nothing else. No health report, no tire pressure. My free trial ends next month too and so far I’m over 3 months of not being able to use this service completely. This is my first this app and honestly, I’m just disappointed. $50,000 on a car and Jeep doesn’t even work.

Doesn’t work right

Jeep worked well for about two weeks. I bought a 2021 this app Grand Cherokee L one month ago. I would get live traffic updates, the weather would update. Now none of it works correctly. I’ve called this app and Uconnect and they don’t have any answer. I reset the NAV by holding the two buttons for 10 seconds. Nothing happened. Ended up talking to AT&T and they tried to sell me a $25 per month data program.
I was told I would get 3 free months of the subscriptions. Two of the 3 do not work. Series XM radio is the only one that does work. I’ve even tried Turing on the wifi hotspot and still didn’t get live traffic or weather. this app/Uconnect ended up telling me to take my car to the dealership…… this is one month after I bought my brand new car. It has 950 miles on it….. very disappointed. The whole Mopar thing is so confusing.

Apple CarPlay will not work Jeep grand Cherokee L.

I have been to two different dealerships trying to get Apple CarPlay to work in the this app after a two hour visit to the dealership today According to the service department this app is going to come out with a update via the Internet before the end of the year it would be nice to have known this. My weather app does not work it says unable to find data check back later. Is all the gloss black finish good for is collecting dust and fingerprints I wish there was an aftermarket product that could be applied. The Uconnect screen shows fingerprints and when the sun shines on it the fingerprints hide the verbiage A aftermarket screen protector is needed.

Next. The Uconnect app on my 2016 grand Cherokee would give me current mileage fuel remaining and several other things this one on the new this app tells me nothing plus I don’t know how to use send and go

Jeep App Stinks!

I have only had my this app one day and I already hate Jeep. It doesn’t tell me anything other than my gas, very basic health data and it’s location. It also is constantly showing my dealer info.. which is t needed until NEED maintenance. What I wish Jeep had was a status page of the this app. 1. Is it running or off after I sent a command. 2. Jeep keeps asking for my password. I shouldn’t need to enter it in because I selected Face ID. 3. It needs a widget with basic command of Lock, unlock, open back door, and on/off. For each of these buttons there should be an identifier of each status. For instance, the On/Off button can display Red for Off and Green for On. Same goes for the door lock and back door. This isn’t rocket science people!

Unreliable

I’ve only had my this app for 3 weeks and have had more issues than not with Jeep. It worked great for a few days, then when I would try to login, it would say “login failed, try again”. I had to shut WiFi off at work for Jeep to work-for a bit. I’ve been in the vehicle and tried to login and got same error. Customer service is terrible, never get help on the first call. Then they call while avg person is also working-then close case when they don’t reach me. I did finally talk to someone and she tried to sell me WiFi hotspot. I’ve had to change my pw for the 3rd time is as many weeks Bc it keeps locking me out with the error messages. I miss the Uconnect app that my 2018 this app had
**update, it’s been a week and just like clockwork, it won’t let me login again. Worst app ever!

Probably will not purchase

I have spent countless hours making calls, sitting at dealers for updates, and responding to emails. It only works about 25% of the time. Sometimes I have to be right next to the vehicle and sometimes I can be up the street. I can see my car from my office window, but it won’t work. I use my remote and it starts fine. I can be 5 feet from my house looking at the car in my driveway and it won’t start. I can pull the car in the garage and it will work, but I pull it out of the garage it won’t do it. Error is always “request timed out.” I have had every update done to the system and the module and it’s still a craps shoot. My vehicle has been serviced many times and they state the vehicle is fine a up to date. Also, it says version 1.4, but I can’t update from 1.31.6

Very disappointed in app

I have had my this app Grand Cherokee L since November and I have never been able to see my vehicle health (or even have that as a option to view) and my mileage will not update. Per Jeep , current mileage is 14mi (really it is now 6K).
I have gone all over the internet looking for answers. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, hard reset uConnect nothing is working.
I can unlock/lock, start remotely, send and go navigation but there is no option at all for vehicle health info.
I have had previous cars with an app (my Chevy) and I always had the information at my fingertips without any issues. Here I thought I was upgrading my car, but lost some of the most basic things that I had before n my previous car that cost a fraction of the cost.

Not worth the price

We are paying a premium for features that either don’t exist or don’t work most of the time. I gave it two stars instead of one because I do like being able to start and unlock/lock my this app from my watch and my phone.
That said, Jeep ’s overall features and performance are beyond disappointing. My app doesn’t allow me to view any of the vehicle’s health as pictured in Jeep Store. I also find it to be extremely primitive in that I have to enter a passcode to do anything when I should be able to use my Face ID like most other apps. Jeep is very inconvenient, only works half the time, is not worth the high price tag and needs a complete overhaul.

New owner app doesn’t work

For one I have to turn wifi off to get it go even login. Fuel still says full, I even opened app while digging in my new overland with it running and it didn’t update. My “preferred” dealer has to be selected every time I log in….when I’m able to log in which isn’t often. I’m wondering if my new 2022 this app Grand Cherokee L that I literally had built in January and picked up a week ago already needs a software update? I’m already not real happy I couldn’t get the entertainment system for rear…not available on any of the higher end models if you can believe that. Now Jeep doesn’t work. I had a 2015 grand Cherokee and a long line of Jeeps before that. I’m a believer in this app just frustrated at these little problems.

It works!

Edit: I was contacted and the issue is fixed! Thank you!!

Jeep won’t work on my iPhone 11.. it did for about 1 week and now when I click on Jeep it takes a about 10 seconds and then back to the Home Screen. I’ve tried deleting and reloading and a hard reboot and nothing works.

2021 brand new Grand Jeep L

My husband purchased a 2021 Grand this app L for me in August. The dealership told me to download Jeep and helped me set it up. Jeep worked wonderfully and was actually a game changer for me 1-I could start my car from my bed and lock/unlock my doors 2-went to a football game and forgot where we parked it and Jeep helped locate it. It was clutch. Then Jeep stopped working. It’s been NOT WORKING SINCE MID NOVEMBER! and it’s not an update issue. My app is updated. It’s not a phone issue. I have a iPhone 13. It’s an app issue that needs to be fixed and not fixed by answering all the negative, but ENTIRELY TRUE, comments with “Jeep has been updated and you should update it because it works properly now”. Because it doesn’t. Please just FIX IT!

Terrible in an emergency

I bought my car at the end of 2021. I downloaded Jeep and didn’t think too much about it. I think I used it once or twice to lock my car door from in the house. Today I was stranded in the middle of a wicked thunderstorm and when I got out of the car the dog stepped on the door and locked it. My purse was in the car as well as my keys, I thought no problem I will just unlock the door with Jeep . Didn’t work - I got a message saying “activation of service in progress” “we are configuring your vehicle” “ please try again later”. if I could get rid of this car today I would just because it did not help me in my time of need. never had this problem with Volvo!

Worked for a while then stopped

I bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee L November 1st, my wife and I had downloaded Jeep and everything was working fine up until the end of January. Fuel level, oil life, miles aren’t correct. I have a very annoying vehicle health alert that has been on my dashboard for over a month now that will not go away. The remote start and lock/unlock features do work though which is strange.

The guy at the dealership said it may be a issue with my subscription but I am subscribed to everything Jeep offers until the end of 2022 and there is no software update available for the car itself. What gives??

Worst app and support ever

Oh my God I bought my this app grand Cherokee last week and all I wanted to do is get the stupid this app app to work and for the life of me I cannot get it to work. I put the last eight digits of the VIN number in and it does not work so when I call the service line that you’re supposed to call they forward me over to the SiriusXM guardian lion and they have no idea how to help. Horrific service as none of the people I talk to have any idea what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor just don’t bother downloading Jeep is it’s an absolute and utter waste of time if I could’ve given it a negative number I would’ve

Won’t work

I have had nothing but issues with Jeep and Uconnect in general. I have owned my new Grand Cherokee L since August and Uconnect system failed within 1st month. I had to get a whole new one….service dept is so back logged that it took forever for it to get it replaced. I signed up for this service/app and it has only worked a few times. It only seems to work when the car is running or was recently running. Defeats the whole purpose. I have deleted, reinstalled multiple times. My free trial will be over before the service department can even look at it. Very disappointed.

New Jeep app is horrible and worthless

The old this app app worked just fine for me and had basic information about my 2020 this app grand Cherokee. I had my this app serviced today and went to Jeep to see if everything was update but to my surprise the old app is not supported any longer and the application directed me to Apple Store to download the new one. I did all that and low and behold it was like I never existed and neither did my vehicle. So went thru the account sign on screen and entered the last 8 digits of my vehicle and like others have mention, it said there was an issue and it directed me to call an agent. Thought I was calling someone at this app, but nooooo! Call was to Sirius agent to sell me their services. After several minutes of listening to the agent I advised him I only wanted the basic service. So he connected me to this app rep. But that was as useless as the Sirius agent. So she directed me to Uconnect line. After 10 minutes on hold I gave up. Uncle!

All I wanted was the basic services with my cars maintenance records and basic info. I didn’t think that was too much to ask for but it seems to be a big deal! Is this the way this app runs their business with trickery and misleading information? Last this app for me.

I can’t believe I pay $15mo for this

FCA forced everyone to use Jeep for their unconnect services, including RAM truck owners like myself. I could care less if it’s a this app app, FCA, whatever…if I actually worked. Think about this… people spend ungodly amounts of money on their vehicles and they include this functionality that you have to pay $15mo just to use the remote lock and unlock features, and Jeep cannot even do that half the time. It’s absolutely shameful that a company like FCA is raking in money hand over foot and under delivering on a simple mobile app! None of the preferences stick such as adding the unlock button to the front page, it logs you out half the time and requires you to renter your entire user name and password even when you selected it to save, a good portion of the time it just sits there and spins when you hit the unlock button, then it says failed, but even when it says failed, half the time the locks are unlocked. So guess what? You have to manually check to see because Jeep sure as crap won’t tell you if your vehicle is secure or not. I am DONE paying $15mo to fight with this awful app that I’m pretty sure a grade schooler could have coded better.

Useful but too limited

For what the subscription costs, Jeep is way too limited. I like the remote start and location features, but there are a number of items it doesn’t support that it should:
1) I should be able to see the charge status of my 4xe (whether plugged in or not, and what the charge % is). It used to do a slightly better job at this, but a recent update seems to have gone backwards instead of forward. Even better if it took current rate of charge into consideration and gave an estimate to complete - which it already does in vehicle so that info could just be exposed to Jeep
2) After remote start, I should be able to control basic climate control parameters such as temp and whether heated seats and steering wheel are turned on.
3) The fuel level (remaining miles) should include total, gas and electric reading, right now it only has gas miles remaining even though labeled ‘total’.
4) The manual should be accessible straight from Jeep , or access to similar content in videos.

Okay but has flaws

This works for the most part but there are some flaws that need to be addressed.

First, there needs to be a way to support multiple vehicles registered to different owners.

Next, the Face ID feature doesn’t work for me. I turn it on but after that I get maybe one time that it will use my face. After that it goes back to the PIN prompt. Could this be because my wife and I are both using Jeep on our respective phones?

Speaking of the PIN prompt. Make the buttons flash when you tap them. I get entry errors because I don’t realize I hit the wrong number. We have two recent this app models. One is on UConnect 4, one on UConnect 5. The interface for controlling the locks and remote start is different. Why? Make them the same.

I lose tiles. Both of our vehicles support scheduled charging but sometimes those tiles disappear. I have to go to the edit tiles interface and reset to default to make them reappear. Boo. Please fix this.

This isn’t specific to Jeep , but it would be nice if the charging schedules could be geofenced. Specifically, when I charge at home, I want the schedule to apply. But if I charge anywhere else, I don’t want to bother with overriding the schedule.

Lastly, the delay with using commands to the UConnect 4 vehicle is terrible. It’s like up to a minute to find out if your car started or the doors locked. Same with the UConnect app. If possible, please fix this.

Wondering

Got an email about this is my last chance to upgrade my app to consolidate everything. Think I tried Jeep a few months ago and first thing it wants is my VIN. Not something I carry around with me and I have other things to do than manage a convoluted app. Wondering why I couldn’t just log in with my existing credentials under the old app.

Any hoot..got this last chance email even though I don’t know why it’s my last chance so another thing to wonder about…so updated Jeep and since the only option is to change enter the VIN I went out to my this app GC 2018 and attempted to scan the VIN via Jeep . Nope…didn’t work…strike 1…so typed in last 8 of the VIN. Strike 2…can’t add the VIN to the account…but wait…wondering what account? I haven’t logged in!? Hmm…app is telling me to call an agent…who has time for that? Come on now…these are expensive vehicles…in this day and age of technology and apps this is the experience that is offered? Wondering what the heck?! How is this a good thing? How is this an upgrade?

Needs Major Improvements

Jeep has the potential to be useful and a great feature, but definitely not a selling point for this app. Compared to other brands, Jeep lags response time. Jeep SHOULD update your vehicles information upon opening Jeep . However, I find that 95% of the time I have to manually request an update. After requesting an update I find myself waiting up to 5 mins. to retrieve the information. Not to mention the information returned is very limited. Security features do lack in Jeep, it’s unable to tell you if your doors are locked/unlocked, etc. The odometer is not always correct, which takes me back to having to manually request for an update. Hands down, the only useful feature from Jeep is remote start capabilities, but then again it lags in response time. I do recommend the this app as it’s a fun vehicle, but I don’t recommend Jeep .

By

Love it, but the updates are not working

I’ve been using it for the past year to remote start my car and it’s been awesome. There are times I’ve needed to get in and forgot my keys and have used Jeep to lock and unlock my doors. It does take a long time for it to connect to the vehicle but I don’t mind the wait.

The only problem is that now that the recent update has come out, my remote options are missing. It no longer gives me the options on the main screen and I don’t know why. Really bummed because I loved the remote start so I’m hoping it comes back

FaceID has been nice but also keeps disabling itself so I have to keep re-enabling it.

Doesn’t Work!!! Can’t add vehicle

Upgraded from the old app and logged in on the new one… my account shows up but it no longer shows any vehicles in my garage. When I enter my vin, it tells me it can’t be added. Called the number provided and spent an entire afternoon talking with service reps that had no idea what I was talking about when I told them this app upgraded their app. Also it’s worth noting, the number they provide is directly to Sirius XM where they will try and sell you their service. I just want to be able to see my vehicles information, manual, maintenance records etc. like I was able to before. Feels like they are just trying to filter you to Sirius sales reps who will collect your information and try and get a sale or will spam you with sales calls and mailers… disappointing.

By

Got to be kidding

Took delivery of 2023 this app Wrangler couple weeks ago. App will not update any of the this app info/data. Now the digital glovebox will no longer access the online owners manual. Called tech support, was told due to app is new and still under construction some of the features are not available and to try back later. Disappointing to say the least. Now going on close to 6 months of use, supposed to have 1 year of complimentary services from Sirius Guardian, only features that show up on app are the basic remote features ( lock, unlock, remote start, horn blow),, over the past 6 months on 2 occasions the other missing functions did show up on app for maybe a day and then disappeared again. No way I would consider paying for the lackluster services once my trail runs out.

My 2024 feels like a 1924

Just getting started with Jeep , it’s good but kinda messy. I shouldn’t have to scroll for things. I like a nice layout. Give us the option to remove items from the homepage too. The key fob controls should be front and center here since that’s why we buy the service right?!? The Watch app is great but why is there no complication for my watch face?? The price is steep but give us the options to make it worth it.

Update: I took a star.. this thing is almost terrible. It will start my this app if I can get through the mess of loading and scrolling through the even bigger mess of the home screen. Please don’t respond with a link to offer suggestions, all the suggestions are right here in the bad reviews guys.

Jeep has a lot of nerve charging money for this app

Not only does Jeep have a very limited use because it only locks, unlocks and starts a vehicle, it constantly logs me out. It also disable Face ID on average, three times a week. For the ungodly amount of money, they have the nerve to charge for Jeep, it should at a minimum open the liftgate. It should also raise and lower windows. It should have a function to sound the horn. The creators of Jeep should seriously look into how Lincoln organizes their app because THAT is an app that is super user-friendly… And guess what? IT IS FREE!!!!

Update: TWICE in the last 10 days (and one time in July) Jeep went down and I was locked completely out of my vehicle. Because I use Jeep , I do not carry the key fob with me…ISNT THAT THE PURPOSE OF Jeep ??!! Why isn’t there an auxiliary way to unlock the vehicle??!!

Had to call my husband to bring another key fob. Just yesterday, it happened again when leaving a dr appt. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone with Uconnect trying to get a tow truck to come unlock my door. 2 HOURS and 8 phone calls!!!!!!

And when I asked the agent how I was going to be compensated for these extreme inconveniences…NOTHING!!! NADA!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The. Most. Useless. App. THAT I PAY A BLOODY FORTUNE TO USE!!! Absolute GARBAGE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIPOFF OF AN APP!!

Needs Improvements

I do like the idea of Jeep , but please look at apps from your competitors… I had Mercedes before and the Mercedes app was much more feature rich, in a practical way. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, just explore what is there. Also pleas fix your waypoint sharing. It currently only allows you to share a location from Apple Maps on iPhone, while google maps is in some case a better tool. When I try to send a location from google maps it rejects it and asks to share it from Apple Maps… which is cumbersome experience. What I’m also missing is the ability to setup auto close of windows/roof when rain is predicted; or to do view/manage the state of the windows via Jeep . Or get alerts… hope you can improve!

More clutter than UConnect

The dahsboard is way more cluttered than the UConnect app. I use my apps while on the move, not sitting on the couch. Action buttons are too small, yet the ‘Horn’ button sits right where my thumb hits to scroll… accidentally setting off the horn alarm while scrolling was the first command sent after installing. That’s embarrassing. I had to use the key fob panic button to stop it.

Still no battery charge indicator. I have a third-party app that does all the vehicle functions Jeep does plus battery charge level, with alerts… which is great in this time of working from home and not driving much. Never come out a battery too low to start again. Why can’t mopar report this metric if a third party app can?

Other than my third- party app, I’ll use the UConnect app until this one is improved.

The app is really unfriendly

I used the older app but recently got the msg that it is no longer supported so I went to the new branded app. There are some issues that should be obvious to anyone with common sense.

When you invoke one of the functions like remote start, locks, etc, if it can’t complete the request, sometimes I eventually get the notification in Jeep , sometimes Jeep just clocks forever. Sometimes even if Jeep does complete the request, it still just clocks. How about results on Jeep screen after a reasonable timeout.

When you key in the pin, I seem to have to enter it slow, otherwise it doesn’t actually get entered so I get an invalid pin msg. Also, the greyscale colors on the pin entry screen make it hard to tell if it did indeed see all of the numbers entered.

The worst part is that I have a 2015 this app that doesn’t have built in support for 4G so I’m forced to use the T-Mobile plugin 4G module. I’m in a well established area and I never have any issue with coverage with my AT&T phone, I can only assume that the issue is with T-Mobile. Sure wish I could pick my own provider, I know now that I’d never go with T-Mobile for phone service.

Lastly, what’s the point of saying the same “bugs and fixes” description for every release? How about putting some actual notes about what was changed? Jeep is probably outsourced to who knows where, you can tell by the lack of attention to detail.

Not reliable or accurate

It doesn’t update location and has not updated other information (mileage, oil life, etc.) for more than two weeks. And that was after I contacted support when it didn’t update after more than a month. When I contacted support previously they had me contact SOS in the truck to identify my location and that made Jeep work for that day. Two weeks later, it hasn’t updated from that day. Uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged back in over and over with no success. Ridiculous that I pay for the service and can’t locate my truck, start it or get any details that are supposed to be available. I was able to get some information out of the UConnect app, but now that has gone away and they direct me to the worthless this app app. If you are going to offer it and people are paying for it, it has to be better than this. Doubt I will re-up when it comes due unless there are major improvements.

Bring back Uconnect app

The new this app app is absolute trash, please bring back the Uconnect app. I have had the this app app for about a month and successfully started my this app from it twice. It never or rarely updates where the vehicle is even parked, and I can’t see the vehicles info anymore (I.E tire pressure, fuel level, etc.). I used to like and was willing to pay for the service to be able to 1) start and 2) have the ability to lock my vehicle and go for a run without keys jangling around. However, now I don’t even think it’s worth paying anymore, cause if it did happen to work before I went for a run. I now risk coming back and not being able to unlock my vehicle. There were some issues with the Uconnect app occasionally not communicating with the vehicle, and I was willing to deal with that, but really didn’t think it could get worse… pfft well apparently I was horribly mistaken.

Remote start

I have my this app 1 yr now and I love every thing about it, the best is using the mobile app to start the car. I was very impressed and wanted to test Jeep out, i was called out on a business trip and left my this app at my moms, she called me told me that she had left an item in the this app but I did not leave the remote, I was able to use my app to unlock the doors , and she said as able to retrieve her stuff , I lock it with Jeep ! I am loving this very much. I will not get any other vehicles, only this app.

Thanks this app lover

Don’t call their car rental number

Absolute worst customer service experience ever! The first time I called, they said I had to call day of, second time I called they said they would get back to me soon, third time I called they told me they would get back to me in a day or two. Told the man I needed a rental car asap and he just repeated that they would get back to me next day. Had to get an Uber home from the dealership. I called from home finally explained to me that I was supposed to have called enterprise first and they would reimburse me when they called me back in a day or so. FIVE HOURS of my day wasted! I had a million things to do and I only accomplished one of them because they couldn’t be bothered to tell me I had to call enterprise myself! If I had known that I would have called enterprise a few days in advance and would have gone about my day immediately. Absolute WORST customer service experience ever.

It’s okay

I don’t like how I have to put in a security pin or some type of verification every single time I try to lock the doors.. start the car.. etc. I think it’s uncomfortable. I’m a long time user of the Chevy car app and I think that’s much better and actually gives you more information that’s useful. The location almost never updates accurately to track my car. Having climate control in Jeep would’ve been nice but my car is a 2021 this app Renegade so I guess I wouldn’t be getting that but I’m sure all the uconnect systems are similar. Jeep does do the basic functions that are nice to have but just not good at being smooth or more convenient than me just reaching for my keys at this point.
