You will purchase coins & they will never show up. You will be charged for the coins but they will never appear in your account. I believe they have a glitch and the support team will not respond back to you. You can contact them by email & they will not respond whatsoever.I have purchased coins & they never appeared. I was also never issued a refund.

Most recently the creator of Cikcik reached out to me and directed me to the contact page on their app. That also did not work so I reached out via email and until this day no one had replied to me and Apple did not send me a refund which was not accepted. I deleted Cikcik and still have not received that refund. What do I do in this case since I have not heard back and no one replied to my email. Do I report it to my bank? I need answers

You have to pay for everything

Purchases are not working. I can pay for crystals and Cikcik will take my money, but no crystals are being added to my account. I have written to support but have not heard back yet. Until this bug is fixed, Cikcik is not worth downloading.
Don’t download Cikcik until they fix this bug.
It’s either a bug or they are deliberately stealing money.

Don’t download Cikcik it will make you buy a premium membership just to talk to other people I paid money to buy the premium membership and wasn’t able to obtain any of the premium subscription features even after redownloading Cikcik multiple times I tried contacting Cikcik help center and emailing the support team as well and not heard a word from them

I was enjoying Cikcik and then I thought of spending money first I bought the premium thing and I never got it then I bought diamonds and never got it and they don’t ever respond if you contact there support team. App is huge scam and steals money do not download if you want your money stolen

It will take your money and shut down as soon as you support. This is not a stable app. Don’t waste your time. They have a lot of development issues and will not contact you back nor solve problem via email.

Cikcik is a scam I purchased the 1 month premium subscription and it’s not showing in app. I refresh Cikcik multiple times and still nothing 😡🤬

We can’t register as a streamer or agency on Cikcik ??? There is no how to contact the management , there is no settings on Cikcik where diamond and wallets shows

You have to pay for everything on Cikcik. Coins cost money and in order to send a message it’s 50 coins per message. Not to mention earning free coins takes a while.

When you go to live and press both mostly guys pop up which isn’t really a surprise but when you press female nothing happens and I know there are woman on Cikcik it even works when you press guys only, why do apps like this always try to cheat things fix your app

Bought premium and $3 worth of currency and it doesn’t show up. I checked if I got charged and I did and I haven’t received anything from Cikcik . Do not recommended.

Good app. But fix this problem. People are taking advantage of making different accounts and you are giving 100 gems and they keep creating accounts to keep getting 100 gems to gift small gifts to one person while deleting their accounts and making new ones
