The app is unusable and has made for an unbelievably disappointing Christmas gift. My kid is crushed this doesn’t work. It crashes every time we try to connect the hub and constantly says it needs an update despite doing it 4 times already.

The app is a mess! We’ve tried on 4 different devices to get this to work. It either won’t stay connected or crashes while updating firmware. It’s probably getting returned. Don’t make the same $360 mistake Santa did!
