It will not stay connected

LEGO is unusable and has made for an unbelievably disappointing Christmas gift. My kid is crushed this doesn’t work. It crashes every time we try to connect the hub and constantly says it needs an update despite doing it 4 times already.

LEGO is a mess! We’ve tried on 4 different devices to get this to work. It either won’t stay connected or crashes while updating firmware. It’s probably getting returned. Don’t make the same $360 mistake Santa did!

10.3 hangs on the black this app Mindstorms logo screen on my mid-2015 MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.7. Works perfectly fine on a 2012 Mini running the same OS version with half the RAM. Unfortunately there is next to zero documentation online, just a drop-box form at //this app.build/service-apple. Safe booting without extensions does not fix the problem either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is fun to be creative with the this app mindstorm, but every 15 seconds mine shuts off. I tried one of the designs and double checked every step but it still just tries breaking itself. It is worth the 3 start rating.

The "Getting Started Lessons" won't let me drag in components. When I create a project from scratch, there's no problem. I'm on OSX Mojave

I Can’t connect to hub otherwise it’s awesome

Hello there is nothing wrong with LEGO but I need to say that my hub motors don’t move like in the print and scan project.Please help me

It says it’s connected to LEGO but it won’t let me run my code or anything because it thinks it’s not connected to LEGO ???

Whenever I code whatever motor is in slot A it doesnt do it, and when I put the color or distance sensor the hub completly ignores it that there is something plugged in the slot.

Ive always wanted ro be an engineer but im a kid so yeah.. But LEGO made me feel like one i built a robot named Robby he can shake your hand and hug :)
also two things i want to say is can you add cameras i want to just sit in my room and drivr a robot around without having to keep watch over it so it doesnt bump into stuff or fall over. also those who keep saying that their robot shuts off for no reason every 15 seconds and flashes orange, it means its on low power and you need to charge it. rip if you dont have the charger your screwed buddy

I’ve always been a huge fan of coding and also I’ve been a fan of this app ever since well I’ve been a fan of this app as long as I can remember so being able to combine my passion for coding is my love of this app make this perfect especially now that I have the main storms kit that I got for Christmas I am now ready for mine storms by the way before you get LEGO make sure that you actually have the mind storms kit

Love LEGO! I love coding and this is perfect. Anyone who loves coding get LEGO!
