I recently downloaded MarketplaceTradet with high hopes of selling my couch quickly and easily. However, my experience was far from pleasant. Right after I uploaded my couch, added a detailed description, and set its location, I eagerly pressed the upload button, only to be greeted by a frustrating error message saying something like "upload the right pictures."

Confused, I double-checked the pictures I had chosen, convinced that they were indeed of my couch. To my dismay, the same error message appeared again after I deleted and re-uploaded the pictures. Feeling incredibly frustrated and with no clear explanation as to what went wrong, I decided to delete MarketplaceTradet immediately.

I must say, MarketplaceTradet's functionality is severely lacking. It failed to deliver on its promises and left me feeling utterly disappointed. I found it to be a complete waste of my time and effort. I cannot stress enough how useless and frustrating my experience with MarketplaceTradet was.

If you're looking for an app that actually works and provides a hassle-free selling experience, I highly recommend you steer clear of this one. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other more reliable alternatives.

I’m very disappointed in MarketplaceTradet. I thought it would have been a great app to sell my BMX bike. I got a few messages. But ALL of them where Scammers. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND MarketplaceTradet. they try to steal your bank information by Zelle and fake emails. Trying to claim that the account you have isn’t a public business account. So they have to sent you 300 plus whatever they price they are “trying to buy from you” so then another emails comes in says you need to send the refund back. Even tho you DIDNT get Payed ANY MONEY AT ALL. They send you there account information so you send the “ 300$ they send you” MarketplaceTradet just not be up what so ever if MarketplaceTradet is just gonna be full with scammers. Thank you. Please be aware of these people. They make it seem like they are going to met up with you but wanna pay before they get the bike.

It randomly started acting up a few days ago and so I updated MarketplaceTradet then it wouldn’t work at all. All pictures were blurry and it wouldn’t let me click on anything. I couldn’t send or receive messages. So I logged out and deleted MarketplaceTradet and re-downloaded MarketplaceTradet to try and fix the issues but now it won’t even let me sign in. I’ve asked for help from the support 2 days ago and still have yet to hear from someone. I’ve sent several messages to the support trying to find help and no one helps. I’ve missed out on making purchases and selling items because of this.
I read a couple of forums and people have said that the support people don’t help or try and fix your problems and they are RIGHT!! I’ve tried for 2 days now to fix this or figure out what went wrong but no one will help. Some app this is. I will be deleting MarketplaceTradet and using another app instead. You lost my business.

If you live in the state of California you can not use the money you earn to purchase other items on Marketplace Tradet. You HAVE to give them very detailed bank account info to have them transfer money to your bank. Not secure enough for me. I’m sorry. I feel like I have wasted my time selling on your app, only to find out that I can’t use my balance to shop. OH, did I mention that I could not even find that info on MarketplaceTradet ?! It’s tricky to get the answers you want! I googled it and found myself with a ton of other angry clients. I would like the money I’ve earned while selling (and paying your fees) on your app, without giving out my very personal checking account number and bank info! I would rather something more secure, like being able to spend what I make, back on your app! Seriously disappointed. Once I figure out how to get my money, I’m done with this company.

The recent hike of shipping costs really brings down the usefulness. The costs claim to be under retail but that is simply a lie. You can purchase directly from several shipping providers or from sites like PayPal for a much lower rate. It’s unfortunate that they can simply lie and get away with it.

Additionally, “all sales final” is not true. I recently sold an item - two comics clearly listed with descriptions and approx grade. The buyer asked for a refund while in transit and was given it while I was never given ANY context on what disqualified my order. They claim to have very clear guidelines for what disqualifies an order and although my item clearly fell within those guidelines it was still refunded. When I got my items back after no communication, I simply posted and sold on EBay.

If you are just trying to sell an old pair of pants this site is for you. If you are trying to establish a continued sales base, you can do much better.

Marketplace Tradet is my favorite platform to sell our gently used items that we no longer need or use or those clothes our children outgrow to buy what we can use. You really never have to touch your bank account or credit card. List, sell and with your balance. Find something you either need or like! A great way to organize your home. Declutter and spend wisely. With so many categories. New and used. There is something for everyone! The best bang for your buck is to bundle. Shipping costs have gone up and are a set back. Find items offered by sellers and follow them! That’s my best advice. Especially in children’s clothing. If you are looking for a particular size and come across a few sellers. Follow them for new listings. You will get more bundling with combined shipping and most sellers with offer a generous discount when you bundle or are a repeat customer!

I love MarketplaceTradet and have been selling on it for about a year now. There have been many updates some good and some bad. However, Marketplace Tradet does seem to listen to their users regarding update suggestions on what really works and what doesn’t. One feature that would really help the overall shopping experience would be a drop down menu to select a product variation on an item (i.e size color etc.) It would be useful to be able to have multiple products in just one listing. This would help prevent over listing too many products. (Not sure if the cool down feature has been completely eliminated, which was one of the terrible updates)

Overall good app little tweaks here and there won’t hurt!

*UPDATE : Please! bring back the multiple photo upload . Uploading one picture at a time is extremely tedious and unnecessary. ?

I been using Marketplace Tradet for a while to sell unwanted items that I've been accumulating over the years. Its very easy to use and they only charge 10% of the sales. I love that is seller/buyer safe. Also you can decide what shipping method to use and if you or the buyer is paying for it.
Now Marketplace Tradet has an automatic 5 star rating when buyer received the item and do not rate you in three days. I love this new system because some people forget to do so and in this way you not only get your money release, but also receive a great rating.
Regarding returns, I have only experienced one. The buyer didn't return the item in the same condition, I file a claim and with the pictures I sent them they agreed with me and released the money too. Overall I love using Marketplace Tradet. Its easy and great tool to sell stuff you don't want and make some money.

I have dealt with two people so far that do not rate, what so ever, at first i had to wait 48 hours and then Marketplace Tradet would send them a notification. Now I have to wait 72. It is really frustrating having to wait over a week for the person to receive their package to get paid but then I have to wait even longer for the person to rate me and the fact that I have to wait even longer for them to rate in order to get paid is so dumb. Not does that take forever but once you transfer your funds to your bank account that in itself takes anywhere from 3 days to a week. So you don’t end up getting paid until like a month after you sell something even though you have done your part. Not only that but you as a seller can’t rate a person at all when Marketplace Tradet sends the money through if they don’t rate. Therefore, there are most likely so many more people that don’t rate and you will never know because your not allowed to rate a person once the transaction is complete. I should be able to rate someone if they didn’t take the opportunity to rate me so I can get paid. What’s even more frustrating is when it’s the people who have sold items before, who know that you can’t get paid until they rate you and they still don’t rate.

New review: after the recent update deleted the “everything” button, I feel like I see the same items every time I look for something. In addition, there are an excessive amount of advertisements on every page now. I feel like Marketplace had something really great and they are getting away from it... might start looking for another app that does that Marketplace used to... connect people to sell items... not just promote ads and a few businesses.

Used to say this: Great way to sell items without having to divulge any personal info i.e. Phone number or address. You can talk to buyers or sellers straight through MarketplaceTradet . The only issue is that sometimes MarketplaceTradet is slow to let you know someone has messaged, which can lead you to miss a sale. I also wish that there was a way to tell if you have already viewed an item and what the price is without clicking on it.

as a big collector of littlest pet shops, i downloaded MarketplaceTradet in search of some cheap *authentic* rare lps. i made many purchases with them and they were all smooth. Until one time this woman posted a picture that she stole from an lps instagram page and claimed it was hers and that she was selling that specific authentic lps for a really cheap price. i bought the lps, she told me it was authentic, i recieved it and was very disappointed to find it was not authentic. (authentic of this lps costs $50-$100, a fake costs about $2 off ebay. i payed $20 for the lps i bought from her, so it was a very good deal.) anyways i messaged the lady very nicely and told her that the lps was fake. she *flipped* out on me saying i was a scammer and i was somehow attempting to scam and take my money back without sending her "precious lps". so i filed a scam report with Marketplace explaining my situation and, rather quickly, a return was scheduled. the lady still was accusing me of scamming and kept saying that she would expose me rada rada, but after she recieved the lps i recieved all my money back, and everything went well. thanks Marketplace for carrying out these scammers very smoothly and effectively. i continue to use MarketplaceTradet and their scam protection is way better than ebays.

MarketplaceTradet is everything that eBay used to be. Rarely any Chinese sellers with cheap goods have infiltrated, I rarely use eBay anymore because MarketplaceTradet is just so much better. You know an application is good when a real person goes out of their way to leave a good review. All the mechanics are so useful: being able to be notified when items that you really want are put up, The message center being easy to use and much better than the weird eBay emailing type thing, and it just generally being an easier to use and enjoyable application. I window shop for hours on this site, and that’s far I have bought probably about 25 things and sold 2 through MarketplaceTradet and I haven’t gotten burnt yet. Fingers crossed. my brother uses this application multiple times a week as he is a vintage a game collector. It is seriously one of my favorite applications that I’ve ever signed up for. Im a simp for Marketplace Tradet. I only hope that one thing will be changed in the future, and that is I wish we could send a Photos through the message app. It would be much easier to message a seller about bundling items if you could just provide screenshots of the listings. Thats is my only complaint!

This is by far the best platform I’ve used to sell items. The developers seem to have kept in mind the dangers of face to face selling in person and the hassles of complex online selling platforms such as eBay where time consuming and strict conditions are in place . This is just perfect for even non experienced folks who’ve never sold before and perfect for experienced people who need to sell items quickly . Listing on Marketplace literally just takes 5-15 seconds whereas on eBay 3-5 minutes per item. The award winning feature of MarketplaceTradet is sending you prepaid labels instantly saving u time at post office . Of course it also has its downsides too which hopefully Marketplace will fix . For example it’s not designed for low priced items $5 or less unless you are ok with making less than a $1 profit after shipping and commission . They can incorporate more delivery carriers for competitive advantage that can pass savings on to users . The photos can only be taken in portrait mode which isn’t ideal for many products that need landscape mode . But overall still a great app and a winner in my books.

-To be able to search within your likes
-Be able to see your likes ..more pictures to a page than just 2 pictures side by side scrolling; because it’s impossible to get all the way to the end and see your oldest saved likes. Give us “pages” so we can go all the way through and see everything we have saved. I can never find something I remember liking a month ago even though I know it’s in there because there are just too many likes since I saved it.
-I’ve spent literally HOURS searching for that one particular thing I know I saved. If there was a section that showed only things that are on your liked list that have sold or been removed it would save so much hassle. Have an option to notify you when an item you likes sold and for it to automatically be removed from your list of likes and just be on a sold likes list.
I’m totally addicted to MarketplaceTradet and if I don’t start selling soon I’m going to become a hoarder! Please consider these updates to MarketplaceTradet !!

I absolutely love MarketplaceTradet. I’ve had it for going on three years now. I’ve made close to $1,000 in the last three years selling less than 200 items. MarketplaceTradet makes it so easy to ship out items however you choose to do it and a lot of the time, they ship out products cheaper than you’d pay at the post office for shipping. All you have to do is drop it in your mail box or at the post office and you’re set to go. You can also have buyers pay for shipping and do the same things. The two day shipping is my favorite part (for most products) when they’re picked up. I have sold items as well as bought them and never had any issues with them. I’d highly recommend if you are decluttering your personal belongings. You can list just about anything on MarketplaceTradet and it’ll sell! You definitely make more than you would at a yard sale. It’s also easy to transfer your balance to your bank account or you can use the credit to purchase other products. Again, I love MarketplaceTradet and plan on continuing to use it for many years to come! Highly recommend.

I’ve been selling items on the Marketplace App for 2 years and have NOT had one bad experience. A couple of things positive, Marketplace only takes 10% and now when you go through a few steps to verify who you are, and a small fee, you can get paid immediately to your bank account once buyer has reviewed you and accepted your items. I would say the only thing which could use improving is the ability to manage your page and how items are arranged. You either have to list everything in each category back to back or all your items are just listed how you enter them. I find it a bit sloppy looking but I’m meticulous about organizing and how it appears to a buyer. At least you don’t have to share each item individually every day in order for your items to be seen and show up on search results. Make sure to be very descriptive in your title and your item will populate on a search. I don’t sell as much on MarketplaceTradet as other apps but when I do at least the majority of the money goes into my pocket not theirs.

Whether you’re buying or selling - Marketplace is your best option. Everything is shipped by mail, so no awkward meet ups w/strangers & offers are controlled in increments so no low ball offers like you’ll see on OfferUp & LetGo. They only take 10% commission, unlike Poshmark who takes 20% & with Marketplace shipping can be as low as $3.49 vs. Poshmarks $7.95 regardless of it’s 5 pairs of jeans or a small hair scrunchie. You’ll find the best deals & you’ll make as much as you put into it. Through Marketplace alone, I’ve paid all my bills; car registration, insurance, my phone, & still stayed stocked w/beauty products, clothes, gifts for people & ive cleared out a lot of clutter in the process. It’s way less strict than EBay, & being that it’s app ran, you’re looking at a much faster platform of buyers & sellers than that of an older, less technology-based generation like that of craigslist. Now that I know what I know about Marketplace, I check Marketplace prices before making a specific purchase every time.

Marketplace is by far my favorite place to shop these days! I have found great deals and have worked with wonderful people on MarketplaceTradet. It’s so easy to buy and totally worry free. I feel safe. I even tried my hand at selling a little while I was home from work during quarantine, and it was incredibly easy! It seriously doesn’t get much simpler then this! I am NOT a tech savvy person at all and this was easy for me to sell on! It was an awesome opportunity to teach my 9 year old son some things about business, customer service and making/saving money! Highly recommend. He had some LEGO figures he did not want or already had and he has many more he wants for his collection. So he sold the ones he had doubles of and was able to purchase new Star Wars mini figures for his loved collection! Great lessons were learned, quality time spent together with him, and he got to earn the things he wanted! This is a no brainer !!! Try it out! I think you’ll love it too!

Shipping options are AWFUL. They cancel transactions on you randomly when they feel like it, even when they are already on the way to the buyer so you have to jump through hoops to get your stuff back before the buyer ends up getting things for free. They monitor your messages super closely to the point where it’s creepy and delete everything they deem inappropriate, so you can’t even exchange info with a buyer when something goes wrong you have to somehow go through them to fix it and god knows they’re awful at handling things. And if you want to simply switch a shipping label weight you have to cancel a whole transaction and start over. I’ve lost sales over this. I’m also pretty sure half the sellers are like 18 years old because I’ve gotten some immature buyers and sellers and had some pretty awful exchanges with them. I guess I’m going back to good old eBay, which doesn’t tend to attract that crowd and that’s just ONE nice bonus.

MarketplaceTradet has truly been a blessing for my family and I!!! A few yrs ago due to health reasons , It became somewhat impossible for me to get around and shop .. not just getting quality items , but affordable , like new ( and in some instances “New”) items . I chose for gifts to give my love ones. There are local apps available that provide the same offer(s). But again.. for someone like me that can’t meet the seller in a safe place to make the business transaction. And due to safety reasons, not allowing them to my place of residence. MarketplaceTradet has truly been a blessing!!! Are them so things that can be improved? Of course, nothings prefect. But I can honestly say.. I’ve purchased over 400 items from Marketplace, and I’ve only had problems with no more than 10 to 15 items. I consider this to be a “ Win Win”!!! Thank U Marketplace.. may u b around for many more yrs to come .. and may u never change so yr app no longer benefits yr customers financially or in fairness business wise!!

I have had a lot of trouble with returns on items that were in worse condition than described. The help center rep will tell you you should have asked questions prior to buying, even though an item may have been listed as good condition and no flaws are mentioned or visible in photos. If there’s undisclosed flaws, well, “you should have asked questions”. Then on top of that, the help center rep will complete your transaction for you, so that you can’t even leave the seller negative feedback to warn other buyers. Thank you, Jade the super polite help center rep, for informing me that the black paint smears all over my new wicker shelf are considered “good” condition, and for closing up the transaction on me. That’s not my only bad experience, I had to fight to get a return on a dress that was sold to me under the wrong brand and size. I barely got that return approved. Buyer beware. It is not easy.

Previously, I had been using eBay to sell items but kept coming up in the negative every month being overtaken by crazy fees. I found Marketplace by googling ‘where to sell your used clothing’, I was kind of skeptical but I liked the fact that there was no listing fee, just a selling fee after your item sold, which seemed reasonable! Also, the postage fees are set, so they are the same every time based on the weight of your package. I wasn’t sure how well it would work out with payment being contingent on your buyers rating of the item once received, I worried about letting my item go and then never receiving anything but I have had zero problem so far!
I only started selling in January but so far I have seen profit from this 😃 I think Marketplace has an excellent system and they are very good at making sure it runs smoothly. It has been a pleasant surprise so far and the BEST thing about Marketplace? ACTUAL customer service that offers a way to contact by email and then ACTUALLY RESPONDS!! I am one of those people who always has questions and you cannot know how much I appreciate being able to ask and always getting a quick, thorough response!
I can’t wait until Marketplace passes all the competition and is known as the NEW number one selling app! 😃

I really like how MarketplaceTradet looks and how it’s platformed — In comparison to other similar apps, I think Marketplace is definetely one of the best second-hand shopping (and selling) apps out there.
I think one of the key contributing factors to my positive opinion is that there are a lot of people on MarketplaceTradet. Not only does the sheer amount of people on it make it easier for you to buy or sell something, it also makes the prices of items more competitive from a consumer POV.

I only have one microscopic complaint and that is that when you select “Make Offer” or “Message Seller” it automatically adds it to your Liked list. It’s definetely a mear inconvenience because you can dislike the item in a heartbeat, but it would make my experience even better if I could continue shopping rather than going back and disliking the item.

I bought a wonderful pair of Dansko clogs and received them today. The size I'm the listing was not the actual size on the shoe. I have been looking on this site for the "help center buyer" instruction to double click on the return request link. I am sure it does not exist. There is no "contact us" link, no phone numbers. I did find that they offer 24/7 support. There is no way to access that alleged support. Will never buy from them again. I am a seller too, but will never sell again. Easy fix for this in my estimation. Add hyperlinks to the areas where people go as told to by Marketplace Tradet or just tell us where to find the the return request submission and how to find the (alleged) 24/7 support. Shame on you. This looks to me as if you are falsely advertising the existence of services your Community relies on. I.e the HELP desk and 24/7 support. Hoping you all at Marketplace Tradet make some changes. I'm so sorry to have to leave this complaint here, but as I have reported already there is no other way to communicate with you all. Buyer and seller beware. Danette Ryan

I really like Marketplace. The design of MarketplaceTradet is way nicer than ebay’s, it’s easier to see listings, and it’s easy to list items. I wish I could put more than 3 tags on items but oh well.
I put a Pokemon card up for sale and literally in three minutes I had 8 people view it and a counter offer which I accepted. That’s another thing I love. It’s easy to make offers, decline and accept them, message people, everything is just so simple.
This point is probably not exclusive to Marketplace but the ability to just print a shipping label once your item sells is SO convenient. I highly recommend MarketplaceTradet to anyone who wants to just get rid of a few things they don’t need anymore, or sell custom things.

Great app and easy to use. I’m a first time seller and I saw Marketplace being recommended by various collectors and youtubers, I started out buy buying and then selling. Super easy and I was overwhelmed by how fast everything sold. A lot of safety measures involved to ensure both the buyer and seller are protected. Many people are upset by these measures, but they don’t realize this is not some ridiculous way to make things hard on them. Most reviews are not accurate as Marketplace is super easy to use and user friendly. I love Marketplace!

Feedback: maybe enable a feature to have a reply feature to reviews? (I’ve received a couple bad reviews with comments of things that aren’t true) I wish I could put in a seller reply on the ratings page so future buyers could know I care about buyers and not scare them away.

Marketplace was the first selling app I ever used, at first it was just causal, to sell things I didn't use or wear anymore. I eventually decided to dabble in Depop and Poshmark. While Marketplace sells a much broader variety of things, and can make it hard to sell specific items, its payment process and overall selling process is so simple. It is all handled in app, no going through PayPal like Depop. The shipping labels are created in MarketplaceTradet , and everything is spelled out right away for you. There is no confusion like other apps. The selling fee is pretty low, only 10%, and by not going through PayPal it eliminates the extra 2.9% + 30¢ that PayPal takes. It's all so simple and clean, I truly love it. My only pet peeve with MarketplaceTradet is that once a listing is inactive or cancelled, you can no longer message your buyer. But other than that, great app!

The only thing I didn’t like at first was not being able to put money in a paypal or bank account but I originally came to the site looking for GOOB Lularoe sales and looks like hit the jackpot there lol! I noticed that you can get great deals on all things as well so I branched out and started searching for other things whatever we needed or wanted in my family and then decided to sell. I like that this is a platform for things that aren’t always easy to find-like tall clothing-I have tall daughters and husband that can’t shop at the average mall store and usually their clothes are very expensive to buy from the retailer so this helps and I hope I can help others who may be in the same boat! Now they let you pocket your money but it has to be at $15+ I believe. If it’s under that I think there is a fee.

I LOVE Marketplace! I have found it to be the most user friendly and streamline resale APP out there! Having used MarketplaceTradet along with a handful of other popular resale APPs, Marketplace is hands down my favorite for various reasons! First off as both a buyer and as a seller, I am very happy with the simplicity and ease it provides on both ends. MarketplaceTradet allows you to search and save searches and products very easily, the search filters are hey simple and helpful. MarketplaceTradet allows you to know who and where your products are coming from and what else that seller is selling. The purchasing and selling options are set up very smoothly, allowing you to instantly purchase items as well as make an offer, in a message like forum for fast review. The purchasing and shipping are simplistic and hassle free!

Since I started using this site, I been enjoying, everything is easy to search, easy to sell products, is very simple, To this day I Don have any problem in MarketplaceTradet settings, One think that Don’t like much is the 10% off your sales, but not matter how long take to sell it will be the same, your items will be in place, other stuff like having problems with customers is not Marketplace Tradet problem, sometimes customers give a low rate if the product they buy was not exactly what they was thinking or having on their mind, The customer service has been working great for me! I am just barely new at Marketplace but eventually i got sales! it’s an easy to buy and sell app. Unlike other app, Marketplace is simple and fast. most prices sre reasonable, affordable and cheap. I got a problem with the shipment, and they respond to me quickly! and other apps, I noticed they took out your list for some reason without your knowledge. hopefully MarketplaceTradet will not. I advise people before going out to shop especially those who live in suburbs like me, just check on at Marketplace first maybe you can find something you needed at an affordable price! and you can save time and gas. The shipping fee is still worth. More power Marketplace!

So Idk what happened to my old review but I just wanted to update this and say I still love Marketplace Tradet. I make more money on here compared to other platforms (especially those “popular” platforms) the fact that you take 10% is good/fair to me and what I love most is the updated shipping label price! You guys seriously helped my business (small boutique items) by providing cheaper shipping options! Love you guys keep coming up with those updates! Oh and I really liked that live customer service update where we were directly messaging customer support! Idk what happened because its gone now but that was totally awesome!

Since the update MarketplaceTradet will not bring up my pics to sell. I press sell and my folder of pics will not come up so I went through MarketplaceTradet , made a listing, pressed List and nothing! Not too worried since the shipping went up this month because it’s now almost impossible to sell with these shipping rates! You would basically have to price something so high that no one buys it or give it away because no ones going to pay these shipping rates plus asking price! Too bad, liked MarketplaceTradet but will stick with Poshmark at a flat rate of 6.95 and look around for other apps! Thanks, while it was affordable it was fun!

I’ve been using Marketplace for about a year now. It’s easy to buy and sell. Easy process for depositing money once you sell something and it goes directly to your bank account. The only update I’m waiting for is to update listings and have them automatically moved to the top. To keep “sold” and “for sale” items separate I’m having to re-list all remaining sale items. Overall the 10% fee is very good compared to other platforms. MarketplaceTradet gets updated often and I think they really listen to their users. Would recommend to anyone who has a few extra items around to house.

Just a suggestion to make it here you can update an item and it changes from “posted a month ago” to “posted 1min ago” and just updates the listing.. it would help with sales a TON! I’m both a frequent seller and buyer and I never buy listing that say that they were posted over a month ago without asking if the item is still available. Now if I see a listing that has been posted within the last week I will buy ASAP! I know other buyers are like this too and I would love a a seller be able to edit a listing and it update posted time!

This is hands down my favorite site. I discovered Marketplace Tradet about a year ago on accident and it has been my go to for everything from makeup I normally buy to shoes they no longer make. I get so many compliments on the stuff I have bought off here and you absolutely can’t beat the prices! The addition of taxes sucked but that was an across the board to everyone. If you’re deciding between Poshmark, thread up and those other sites vs Marketplace Tradet, I’d 10/10 tell you to come here. You can’t beat the prices, shipping and customer service!

I love, love MarketplaceTradet! I shop on it every single day. Skip the lines! Stay in your PJ’s, kick your feet back, relax and start window shopping immediately. If you can think it, you will probably find it here and at a better price. If you want something particular and you are having trouble finding it in a store or it is sold out, look here! Or if you have relatives with expensive tastes, but you lack the income to purchase direct from the retailer, then consider this a year round flash sale! Plus, they constantly have ways to save more or gain extra credit and if there’s an issue they will solve it, as long as you let them know! I hope you enjoy MarketplaceTradet as much as I do, I would be lost without it.

I've been using Marketplace Tradet for about 2 months and have had really good experiences. I have made about 10 purchases & 10 sales. Marketplace Tradet also made the return process really easy when someone sent me something that was not as described. I really like MarketplaceTradet . Patience is key when selling things.

Update after using for 9 months: Very good experiences. Made quite a few sales. I don't like the coupons they send. $3 off $25. I don't spend that much on any of my orders so I never use those coupons. They had better coupons when I started using MarketplaceTradet . Overall I have enjoyed MarketplaceTradet & the opportunity I have to make a little spending cash here and there. Patience is key.

The other day when I left my neighborhood on the way to work l saw a tiny dead dog on the side of the road, He had a collar but no tags and was still warm so I moved him up towards the sidewalk and marked him with orange yard flags.
I checked the next-door site before going into work after completing the drive, and saw that someone had posted that they were missing their dog and they included pictures, and sure enough the dog I found was theirs.
I replied to the post and told him where their baby was. She was grateful to have found him and at least have some closure.
This would not have happened so quickly and cleanly if not for this site. It is a very useful tool that I am very grateful for!

MarketplaceTradet Is great. And I appreciate how they don’t ask for a piece of your money. The infrastructure of MarketplaceTradet is pretty solid too.
That being said, I have some ideas that might help. It would help to know a little of what the person you are talking to is like. I thought of having either a section for reviewing( and viewing reviews of) people you communicate with. Also, to see reviews that have been written on people(be able to write about a buyer/seller)
I believe this would improve the experience of those who just want/need to buy and sell.
There are way too many people that say they will come but never show up without any notice.

It would be a much better app if it respected my rights as an American to conduct trade without restrictions on such things as a pocketknife, a slingshot, virtually anything construed as what other countries consider harmful as a weapon.

Gunparts are not a weapon, a collectors edition pocketknife is no more a weapon than a collectors Lamborghini. Both items can be used improperly, yet my rights are infringed based on fear.

MarketplaceTradet is prime example of why it's not better used, it's because most things can't be sold here besides used clothes and worn out tires and even then your pestered with upgrade and promote for top dollar for items that most likely won't sell.

Marketplace Tradet is awesome as the site protects the seller and the buyer. As far as myself posting on here, I had to confirm my email, my phone plus I posted a picture of myself!
I will tell you there is another site that has been around for years, it breads every scam artist , every pervert and I will never post another product on that site!!
Marketplace Tradet protections are rare and I highly recommend anyone posting on here, follow their advice and you can’t go wrong!
I just sold 2 items I have been trying to sell on the other site and within 2 days, I sold both items!

I am very confused and disappointed with MarketplaceTradet. I posted a used Louis Vuitton handbag and it was removed by Marketplace Tradet citing that it went against policy for prohibited items. I reposted and it was removed again. I contacted Marketplace Tradet and was told the item was prohibited and I should read the policy. If you open MarketplaceTradet and search Louis Vuitton products you will see multiple listings, can’t understand why I post the same and it’s removed. Very disappointing and will be removing MarketplaceTradet. Someone needs to fully explain this. Wasn’t going to give any stars but was forced to in order to process this post.

To my delightful surprise when I was not satisfied, after completing the return policy I was given a full four figure refund! Buy with ease, always check reviews there are a lot of good & honest sellers on here that don’t try and up charge or get over on u. MarketplaceTradet is very easy to use. The site takes 10% just like eBay. But it skips the extra PayPal feels because it get deposited strait to your bank account. I sell items very fast. I love MarketplaceTradet. If you want to speak about down sides to MarketplaceTradet I would says once the item is delivered you have to wait for the buyer to rate you before you are paid or you have to wait 3 days for Marketplace Tradet to release your funds. Also it takes another 3 days to deposit your profit. Overall the profit it a lot higher on MarketplaceTradet then other selling apps that are similar

MarketplaceTradet works great. It’s secure, has everything you would want to buy, and makes selling old or unused things really easy. The only problem I have with it is the money. Once you sell something the money stays in your account and you can use it to buy stuff in app, but in order to take the money out you need to wire it to your checking account. I don’t feel secure about doing that so I wish they had a PayPal option to move money their. I would sell a lot more of my things if I knew the money could go to my account more securely.

A fantastic app. I don't remember how I found MarketplaceTradet, but it's one of my favorites. I'm not always active- either as a buyer or a seller, but whenever I'm looking for something, I come here first. I found the car that I drive every day on this site. When my granddaughter needed a car, we found it here too. As I declutter, this site is a great place to post my belongings, and finding local people to sell to is very beneficial. I'm not bombarded with junk offers here. I continue to tell everyone I know about the site. If you are a new user, welcome. If you've been around here for a while, I'm sure you understand where I'm coming from. I will continue being both buyer and seller for a long time to come. The best app I have I can sell anything’s and everything here very fast. love it the only thing I don’t like is that when someone want to return and item they don’t ask any question to the seller they just approved I have one return where the lady said the jeans was Brocke when it was brand new with tags and they approve the return. I was very mad because I work hard to fix the package very cute for her to be happy with her new item and them I receive the item back I’m no happy pls change the way let us help to understand why. Other then that very good.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE MarketplaceTradet?!!!!!!! No joke, it’s legit the BEST APP TO SHOP ON!!!! I’m literally on MarketplaceTradet every single day...haha I don’t get on Facebook at all anymore even, because of MarketplaceTradet! But I really only have a couple small issues with MarketplaceTradet.
To start off with and I’m not sure if it’s a big issue or what it is but going through my likes items and when I click on one then go back to the liked items list is for whatever reason puts me either completely at the front of the list or right there close to it?! NOTHING IS MORE AGGRAVATING than to be so far into your list (it literally takes hours...) just to have to carefully scroll through trying not to click on any (which the reason why I’m scrolling so far back in the first place is to find the items to relike them back to the front of the list)
Which brings me to question; there’s literally no other way to make the “likes items” other than this way it’s being done now? Like I don’t really know what other way to do it but the way it is now makes it extremely hard to go back through and look at the items I’ve saved..
The 2nd is searching things!! Why on earth can’t you search a user by either their email or by the name they’ve givin on their account? Other than those two things I have absolutely NOTHING remotely close to negative about MarketplaceTradet! I LOVE IT!!!!!!

Makes it really easy to list, sell, and buy. The only issue I have with MarketplaceTradet is the pay. Once the item is purchased, the item is shipped to buyer who checks out product and rates the seller via Marketplace Tradet. Rating is when and how you get paid!! If buyer does not rate, after 3 days Marketplace Tradet rates. (Marketplace Tradet had the funds since the transaction took place but wont release til rating minus 10% fee) You do not receive funds until rating is complete.......and when i say receive funds, funds are added to your Marketplace Tradet balance to purchase items on Marketplace Tradet! Second option once you have a balance is transfer amount to your bank via EFT (Sunday was the cut off day....no matter what day, you get it sometime Monday thru Wednesday or even later)
Anything over $10 is free to transfer but under $10 transfer is a $2 charge.....app has been updated to allow seller to cash out whenever. I have tested it out and the wait time is just as bad as before. I requested the money and didn't receive it til 5 days later. (My bank releases funds as soon as they are received unlike some banks that place holds on incoming money.)

Marketplace Tradet has pros and cons as with everything in life. In my case, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I have used the Marketplace app for a year and overall the functionality is good. My issue with the company is the lack of protection for Sellers. I shipped an item in decent condition and the Buyer requested a refund saying they did not like the item. The return process made no sense and I was never asked about the return from Support it was just initiated. In the middle of the return process the Buyer tried to sell the item but pulled the listing after I messaged asking the Buyer about the return. I messaged Marketplace telling them what the Buyer was doing and told that the return would be intimated and I would get the item back. I received the item and it was damaged to the point that I would not be able to sell it again. I messaged the Buyer and they claimed it came like that, I asked why they tried to sell it if the it arrived like that and they backtracked asking for a partial refund. I took pictures and messaged Support with the photo evidence and cited the fact that the Buyer tried to resell the item when they received. I was denied my funds based on an vague review process. Now I have a damaged item that I will not be able to sell.

I absolutely love MarketplaceTradet for selling and buying things. It’s super easy for the buyer and seller. One thing that annoys me a lot is with the like-ing system. When you unlike somethig in the “like category”, it brings you all the way back to the beginning (Very minor bug). Another thing is that I wish they had like a place where you could categorize the things you’ve liked so it’s easier to look back at something. Something else is like a search bar in the like-ing category so you can easily find stuff you’ve liked and also when something you’ve liked has been sold they should notify you. Lol I know this is a lot but these are just some adjustments I advice making.

I downloaded MarketplaceTradet a few weeks ago after quitting buying from Poshmark with their high shipping rate. I truly have purchased every day since! I had a customer service question, Juliet responded in seriously minutes. And she was understanding, attentive, didn’t make me go back and forth with tons of support agents, and all was handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life, so this definitely matters to me. Sellers on Marketplace have been super nice and actually personalize deliveries, at least somehow I’ve lucked out and gotten little gifts or thank you cards with every order, and that’s a nice feeling honestly. Like it’s an actual shopping community in a way? Being able to search by free shipping and filter out what’s been sold already is a godsend. I mainly buy makeup on Marketplace and it’s all been new, quality and really just changed how I shop now. I’m so glad I found MarketplaceTradet! And so is my makeup table.

I like Marketplace because it's convenient, made my first sale and the interface is nice and easy to navigate. I suggested allowing more than 4 photos and I saw it was added as an enhancement. Yay (but probably more people asked for this). With the new update, I can visit MarketplaceTradet again instead of going to the browser. Recently, I purchased items that were fake but I had checked the photos and the description. I was worried I wouldn't be able to receive my refund. Marketplace Customer Service was with me every step of the way and my refund is on its way back to me. I have to say MarketplaceTradet has definitely improved since its inception. When it was first out, I was skeptical and I'd been burned and trying it a year or 2 later, so much IMPROVEMENT! Thank you for this wonderful platform!

I’ve been using Marketplace for roughly two years now and the improvements they’ve made are OUTSTANDING. They are always adding coupons to get money off already cheap items and the whole buying/selling is really easy. I love that there’s an offer option now, you can set the amount of shipping an item would cost, and you can message sellers directly instead of talk through comments. The two improvements I would suggest is to add trading so that sellers have a secure way of trading goods without being flagged for it & process deposits more than once a week so funds can be released faster. Other than that, it’s an awesome app and it only takes 10% off your transaction unlike Poshmark who takes 20. Recommend MarketplaceTradet 100%!!!!

Love MarketplaceTradet . A few irritating things about it is: when deleting off old listings that have sold, make it to where we can delete multiple at a time. Or at least, when we delete 1 item, we don’t have to start back at the very top afterwards. It is SUPER time consuming when you have hundreds of items listed, you delete 1 item and it takes you back to the top. Then you gotta scroll way down to the bottom or whatever. Also, can we start giving the people who don’t rate ‘bad ratings’, either from us sellers or from Marketplace? Just like when buyers and sellers ‘cancel’? I’m so tired of having to wait 72 hours for my money when I ship same day usually. It’s frustrating. Love MarketplaceTradet though. It is getting better and better. 😃

I have purchased a few things off Marketplace since downloading MarketplaceTradet . Although I’m not one to sell my things, my sister has been selling on Marketplace for YEARS and she has made quite a bit of money from her used things. I am very impressed with some of the small business owners on here that normally sell on Etsy. I just purchased a face mask from a woman who made them and the quality is OUTSTANDING.

My first purchase was a 9 year old Alienware computer that someone had updated and replenished. If you calculate the value plus how much I paid, I saved 75% off the original value.

I like MarketplaceTradet a lot. Lots of things are brand new with free shipping, lots of things are used and like a big garage sale.

I love how personal u can get with the ppl u deal with and u can actually build business relationships. I would recommend this to anyone who looks to get rid of things u wouldn’t imagine u could sale and put extra cash in your account. Unfortunately Marketplace does not fulfill there duty as a responsible shipping platform. I was offered a prepaid shipping option. I printed the label and was told by the post office I could not send by air because it was perfume. When I reported to Marketplace expecting them to take responsibility and send me a new label for not notifying me what can and cannot be shipped with there prepaid label. They responded with “sorry we cannot refund nor give you a new label” in my opinion terrible customer service for both the seller and buyer. I would at least expect them to take responsibility for not informing the seller first, sad to see what lack of care they have to correct there mistake.

Okay so to start this out, is not about me buying off of Marketplace for what I lost a while ago. A couple Months ago on eBay I found a really nice original graphic set for my dirtbike, and within a week of about to purchase it, it went unavailable. Flash forward 5 months of constant searching and asking companies IF they could make them, with no luck... now today, scrolling through Marketplace I saw an ebay ad, it was my graphic set that I lost 5 months ago. I am seriously in debt to Marketplace for helping me out with my vintage dirtbike restoration for this one. Also buyers and sellers on Marketplace are a LOT nicer than other websites/apps!

Trying to stay on a budget while moving completely across country, furnishing a new apartment, new winter wardrobe for my 4th grader since we came from a southern state, and a brand new baby girl on the way, is NOT easy. But MarketplaceTradet has helped me is SO many ways. Love it!!! I’ve had great experiences with every seller, it’s been super quick and the pictures/descriptions have been completely accurate. Prices are amazing, especially if you wait it out and watch what pops up. I’ve missed a few of my favorites due to no funds, but there’s always a new selection coming through. When I first downloaded MarketplaceTradet I didn’t think of it as anything special. It’s a great concept but whatever. I was working full time at a job that paid so-so. I created a post that offered my services just looking for some side work and before I knew it I was busy, not just full time busy, but overwhelmed. I now work completely off of MarketplaceTradet. I’ve had to hire help on several occasions. Of course I do quality work and word of mouth has helped tremendously but this is where I started. I have purchased off of Marketplace before and that always went well. Selling on Marketplace has been a different experience. First off I have been tried with scam artists which I’m smart enough to know the difference. It’s really annoying!! Also half the people who inquired don’t show up or don’t even have the decency to call or offer an explanation! That’s life ...
The ones who did show up took a look around and wound up purchasing a lot more than what they came for- some items I did not yet get around to posting. All in all the experience has been pretty effective . Thanks

I love MarketplaceTradet, I've bought numerous items throughout the last few years. My only complaint would be the ridiculous upchargers (there are tons). Most of us know the items that are out there also prices. The biggest thing on Marketplace in my opinion is the people who sell Dollar tree items for $13 plus for one item... ? I research everything I purchase and charging this much is beyond ridiculous. Just make sure you know what you are buying, question the seller to make sure you are 100% clear on what you are puchasing, and don't settle if it's not what you thought you were buying...

As a top seller on MarketplaceTradet with over 950 (would be 1,300 if the buyers had rated lol) ratings, I can assure any & all buyers (especially those seeking Victoria’s Secret & Other name brands, shoes, & even lap tops) that MarketplaceTradet is an excellent & safe place to shop & sell.

The admin itself is very quick to respond, more than happy to assist & friendly. They have had my back many, many times (everyone has to learn to walk before we crawl, after all..yeah..I goofed once or twice lol).

It’s a great app & far out performs all others which I have used. Don’t let any negative reviews fool you - those are usually left by people whom are either impatient or quick to judge.

I first came on here to sell stuff. Then I started getting addicted to buying stuff. Marketplace is smart before you couldn’t shop with your balance, but now that they added that feature I buy everything on there. I had 3 bad experiences, but I made over 75 purchases so that’s not bad. I also sold over 100 things! It’s easy to list and sell. Marketplace is sooo fun and I’m not getting paid to write this. I even referred my sister and she made over $1500 in less than a month! I highly recommend this site over any other site to sell your things. Plus they only charge 10% of each sale when other apps charge 15-20%. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Marketplace, it’s one of my favorite places to look for used items like furniture or household items. However, I do recommend so changes to improve the user experience. I find it inconvenient while scrolling to check each listing for the price. It would be wonderful if the prices were listed on the thumbnail so that I can easily sort between what is in my budget. Additionally, adding swipe features (swipe down to exit, etc) would allow for easier app navigation. Overall, I won’t stop using MarketplaceTradet but those would definitely help with accessing more within MarketplaceTradet !

BE CAREFUL, IT JUST HAPPENED TO ME!
I made a purchase several days ago and was checking to see when I was going to received when to my surprise MarketplaceTradet show that I already receive the item the day before! I check the mail, talk to the seller and in her app it show the same!
So we decided to contact Marketplace. Unfortunately the answer was what worries me more because it made it clear that Jeremie didn’t really pay attention to my issue! He told me that was a “automated message”, I know what that look like and this was completely different, MarketplaceTradet SHOW THAT I HAVE THE ITEM, THE STATUS IS “DELIVERED” AND IT’S AWAITING RATING! As everybody knows after 3 days they can release payment.
So it could happened that they release the payment before you even have a chance not just to receive it, but to inspected and check that it is exactly what you paying for! What it worries me more it’s the dismissive and patronizing tone of the answer of the responsable parties, as I say before. So be careful! There is a lot of amazingly nice people out there, but there is also the ones that are waiting the chance to take advantage of every chance they get! OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO USE MarketplaceTradet ANYMORE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO IT!

I've been selling (and a little buying) since 2016. Never a single problem receiving my funds. I've sold online for 15 years and by far Marketplace buyers are the very best! I really like the feedback system and the fast payments. I feel it's one of the safest marketplaces. Payments are never released to sellers until item is delivered. The buyer has 3 days to rate in order for finds to be released, if they don't Marketplace will auto rate 5 stars and release your funds. I find most buyers rate right away upon receipt of their item(s). The only thing I would like to see is a Marketplace debit card. Right now you can do direct deposit which takes a few days or Instant Pay, BUT with that option you can only transfer up to $500 per calendar month. Over $500 you must do direct deposit. A debit card that allows over $500 would be ideal. I always exceed the Instant Pay limit. Customer service is prompt and really helps resolve any issue you may have. Quick and courteous replies. Overall it's a super great place to buy and sell.

Marketplace is by far my favorite place to shop these days! I have found great deals and have worked with wonderful people on MarketplaceTradet. It’s so easy to buy and totally worry free. I feel safe. I even tried my hand at selling a little while I was home from work during quarantine, and it was incredibly easy! It seriously doesn’t get much simpler then this! I am NOT a tech savvy person at all and this was easy for me to sell on! It was an awesome opportunity to teach my 9 year old son some things about business, customer service and making/saving money! Highly recommend. He had some LEGO figures he did not want or already had and he has many more he wants for his collection. So he sold the ones he had doubles of and was able to purchase new Star Wars mini figures for his loved collection! Great lessons were learned, quality time spent together with him, and he got to earn the things he wanted! This is a no brainer !!! Try it out! I think you’ll love it too!

MarketplaceTradet was my go to app to buy&sell items when I mean go to I was obsessed I left eBay OfferUp AliExpress 5miles I mean all for MarketplaceTradet until I’ve made a mistake yes I admit I made a crucial mistake (hey we humans!!) my mistake was I’ve sold something to a buyer an I shipped it to the wrong buyer my concern was at least I know I made the mistake but at least they should’ve contacted the buyer which is a current buyer and seller on here to tell them that I’ve shipped it to them by mistake and if they actually wanted the item that they would have to make correct payments or return the item because they have proof that it was delivered to them
But their response to me was basically was we understand you made a mistake but can not help you out in this situation because you’ve made the mistake not us ..?what a shame I really thought MarketplaceTradet was unique because of the great reviews but I guess once you’re human and made a mistake you’re on your own

Using MarketplaceTradet to sell is easy. Not being able to email customer support is NOT GOOD. Other than that I LIKE MarketplaceTradet and the improvements they’ve made over the years. Glad they added a lower shipping rate for lightweight items like jewelry. I wish they would re-instate the $3 minimum listing price. Wish they would create an easier way to ADD to or create a BUNDLE. This would benefit all (the buyers, the sellers, & in turn Marketplace itself because it would result in more sales). Lastly I wish they would fix what appears to be a glitch on the mobile app. I have a large amount of listings & when I want to edit some listings toward the bottom of my list, I edit & update. But once I’m done & Save, it goes ALL THE WAY BACK to the beginning of my listings and I have to scroll through all my listings again each time to get back to the bottom instead of it staying in the area of my listings where i just edited. It’s frustrating & time consuming. Hope to see more improvements. MarketplaceTradet has the potential to be GREAT & so much better than their competitors with just a few more changes.

The site is a wonderful place to sell stuff just sitting around. Great procedure they have in not meeting somewheres with a stranger! You buy/sell on the site, Marketplace holds the money while the item is shipped/mailed. After the buyer/seller rates the product and the other buyer/sellers transaction then the money is released.

The only thing I don’t like is that, you can’t send the buyer/seller back photos exclaiming something isn’t what they said?!? You can however upload several pictures to the help center, however only one photo is used. So you have to send several emails with several different photos. And by experience Marketplace will only except so many emails before they shut down you messaging with them. Still I’ve had nothing but a great experience with MarketplaceTradet. The other thing is, that you get a message saying you have a message and then you check it takes a while to get the message. As if to say it’s buffering. Still 5 Stars from me. We are human! We make Mistakes. But i see improvements constantly. Glad to be a buyer seller with MarketplaceTradet and Marketplace...

I have to say the review before me said it all. MarketplaceTradet is far better than eBay simply because it’s so easy and convenient to sell or buy right from your home. It’s not complicated at all. Just fill out the essential information about your item which takes about 2 minutes, upload your photos, price your item and you’re done. eBay and Poshmark have nothing on Marketplace. If you’re buying, the seller has 3 days to get their item shipped. When you receive it you must give the seller your rating before they can receive their money. Transfers from Marketplace takes about 2 days if you transfer on a Sunday. They always make most of their transactions on Monday otherwise it may take a day or two more before the bank receives it and deposits it into your account. The support team is the best. It’s not easy sometimes making decisions on disputes but they try to get back with you within 2 days. Their responses are quick and professional. PLUS the prices are cheaper in my opinion for buyers. I’m very happy I found Marketplace thanks to Rae Dunn. 😃

i’ve been through the wringer with ebay, and etsy, and poshmark, and this is hands-down the best platform i’ve used. everywhere else i had minimal sales, and especially when you’re paying to list stuff, that doesn’t feel great. what stood out to me from the beginning was the fact that i didn’t have to pay to list. it prompted me to list more because there was no loss other than the time it took to make a listing if something didn’t sell. and man, have i sold more items than i ever would have thought possible. yeah, there’s stuff that doesn’t sell, but i feel like i have a much better chance here than anywhere else. some of my items have sold in literal minutes of listing. i never write reviews for anything, but after listing something on a whim today and selling it (once again) before the end of the day, i have to commend you all for such an outstanding app. features are great, design is cohesive, listing is easy, and the customer base is there. love it! never change!!

I spent $500 on a laptop. It originally should have been here today and it was shipped but since last night MarketplaceTradet says the sale was cancelled, I got no notification from the seller or MarketplaceTradet that sale was cancelled and when just looking at my notifications even now the last update says it shipped until you try to click the order. Im not given the option to contact the seller anymore, our previous messages have disappeared and I’m no longer able to track it from Marketplace. Usps says it’s still in transit but it’s been sitting in Macon, GA (literally only 30 minutes from my town) for almost 2 days now. If it was cancelled that’s fine I canniest from somewhere else but I haven’t gotten any money back, no notifications or emails letting me know something was changed and customer service hasn’t answered my emails and isn’t taking phone calls. This is ridiculous, I’m giving it until Monday before I call and have my bank reverse the charge for fraud.

So I’ve been using MarketplaceTradet for a little while. Thought it was sort of awesome. Like eBay. You can sell unwanted quality items. You sell at your own price and can choose to pay for the shipping or have buyer pay shipping though things tend to sell faster if buyer pays for shipping. Who doesn’t love free shipping.

Last week I had my first issue using Marketplace. I ordered an electronic and I had been tracking its travel to my location. It said it arrived but when I checked my house, it wasn’t there. I was very upset. But this week I went to the USPS and Marketplace to get it straightened out. Nothing could be resolved but Marketplace stood by its Buyers Guarantee and made things right. I will forever stick with Marketplace. You guys really came through for me. Didn’t just take my money like I thought might happen. Definitely recommending MarketplaceTradet and service to EVERYONE. Highly recommended and well done with the quick customer service. (: A+!!

Total scam!!’ This company used to be great but now has just completely changed shipping and rates. It used to be easy and no messing with weight and measurements, today a total surprise and wasting extra time on listing before Black Friday is ridiculous! No customer support phone and email contact is next to impossible because they make you go through a list of previous sellers questions and it’s never my question so I have to just give up. I believe this is intentional on their part. Not only that but with the change they made by pressuring sellers to do free shipping so they make more money is just wrong! If there’s a return (I’ve had 2 in 3 years) they never tell you the reason. I’m not listing anything anymore because they take advantage of sellers. I’m so angry with MarketplaceTradet and I do not recommend it all. If you want to resale items then go to Poshmark, EBay, Etsy, Vinted, Tradesy, Offer Up, Craigslist just anything other than MarketplaceTradet!!!

I think Marketplace should periodically send alerts every couple weeks to people to make sure they want their ad to be continually posted on Marketplace and If the person doesn’t respond within a certain amount of days to confirm that they would like their post to still be up. Their post should be deleted for the sake of everyone else. I think 2-4 days is a fair time. People who are actually in need of a car or other item don’t have to stress when they find something nice and constantly message the person to see if it’s available but they never respond. It has happened to me more times than eggs in a carton and it’s frustrating.
Please take people’s comments concerns & ideas into consideration when fixing and adjusting your site to be the best it can.
Thank you Marketplace for being the second best platform for selling and buying items...

Let me say I converted to Marketplace because of their low selling fees and shipping charges. The shipping fees have gone up a little since I began but they are still an amazing deal, especially for large items, 3-10lbs for under $10!

I have over a hundred listings and over 100 - 5star reviews, I’ve been on MarketplaceTradet for about 7 months and have made several thousand dollars decluttering the house!

There are always features you wish were there but I believe they’re working on them. I’d like a way to bulk select items for discount, or a way to do it automatically after a set period of time. When you have over a hundred listings keeping up with them gets difficult especially when you have to go into each one individually... and especially when for some reason the screen automatically goes back to the top of the list after each change! Ugh. Also, a bundle feature and qty option would be amazing so I don’t have to relist and lose the likes that we’re in the items that sold.

Had to reach out to customer service a few times, sometimes it’s difficult to find a direct contact form for the issue I’m having, but if you search around enough you can find a form to contact them and describe your issue. Turnaround time for answers are always within 24 hours

Overall 5 starts for me as I know better things are coming!

I have been using MarketplaceTradet for quite some time both as a seller an buyer. As a seller, i have missed out on people who have messaged me through MarketplaceTradet and inquiring about the items. Marketplace didn't email / text me on those inquiries. I find that the letgo app is better on informing you. As a buyer, I have inquired a lot of people on their items, and it ended up that most of the items were already sold. I wished that the items would be marked sold because it is such a waste of time. Also, there are scammers out there who would try to scam you. I had a bad experience where a seller already confirmed the time and place and ended up not showing at said time and place. Seller did not respond to messages/calls upon my arrival
on said meeting place, and this seller even has 5 star rating! There is no option to leave a feedback for seller's performance on MarketplaceTradet just a report user button.

I only say this because I feel that buyers and the people who do transactions on Marketplace should be held to a higher standard or have their accounts suspended. I live in Northern NJ and most people that are using MarketplaceTradet are from NY but even around my way I will get tons of offers, tons of promises to pick up the item ( I am a seller) and they all cancel or just don’t respond when a deal and a meeting time is confirmed. I don’t know if it’s just my area but I think the conversations between buyer and seller should be analyzed so that in this case as a seller, I shouldn’t have to waste my time answering questions, negotiating a deal, holding on to an item that someone says they are going to get the next day and then they don’t show. MarketplaceTradet itself is great but if you are selling also put your item on Craigslist or EBay because MarketplaceTradet has only brought me people who waste my time.

I have been selling on Marketplace for a couple months and am happy with it. It takes a 10% charge which is reasonable. Very easy to use and upload photos of items for sale. Their customer service is great. Quick and responsive; I’ve always had any issues resolved promptly and fairly. I’d prefer to get payed upfront and then have to refund the buyer assuming there was a problem. Rating every single time back and forth gets a bit tedious. I do like that the ratings reflect the number of positive transactions an individual has had through MarketplaceTradet . The set postal fees are much lower than shipping on one’s own, at least for any items over one pound. It makes shipping so much less stressful! Protection policies for buyer and seller are in place and work well. Overall, very happy with MarketplaceTradet . It’s my top selling platform right now.

I’m loving the newest updates! I have been consistently selling more here than other sites I use. I also shop here regularly. In the couple instances I needed customer support for purchases they were quick to help resolve the issues and both myself and the seller were happy with the outcomes.
My only suggestions:
-Increase the opportunity to transfer funds. Once a week is not sufficient.
- Bring back the photo editing features. I loved being able to add text to a photo. This is especially important since photos here do not have captions. Buyers have to actually click on a listing to see details. I also liked being able to rearrange my photos without having to delete and re-post just to edit the order.
-Some kind of feature for bundle purchases would be awesome.

I’m sooo happy I got MarketplaceTradet!! It’s way way better than poshmark!! On MarketplaceTradet you can choose your shipping price or if you want to ship items yourself and offer free shipping!! Which is another bonus, you can search items that have free shipping ? And the two big factors, for me, of why MarketplaceTradet is better than poshmark is, poshmark takes sooo much of the money from a sale you make and Marketplace will only take the smallest amount (a far amount) which I’m so grateful for! So Marketplace please never change that!! Also, on poshmark you have to constantly be interacting to get a sale.. it’s so so hard! & don’t have time for it! Marketplace is so much easier to make a sale! So all in all MarketplaceTradet is the bomb!

I like the system where they ship and you don’t have to meet up with anyone. Only problem I have is the fees they take. I can understand a selling fee of 10%, but charging you a fee to take the money you earned? That’s just not right. A $2 fee just to transfer it to your bank. If your balance is only $3, you only get $1 of it. You’re starting to turn into another EBay with charging fees. Isn’t the point of the 10% fee so you can make money off MarketplaceTradet ? When you start charging more fees, you will get greedier and greedier and no one will want to use MarketplaceTradet . I’ll try MarketplaceTradet for about a month and see how it is. If nothing changes, I’m going to stop and go back to meeting up with people or use EBay.

Marketplace has become my favorite place to sell. It’s so easy to list items and I like the fact that people can just straight out buy your products. You can always find what you’re looking for and it’s constantly being renewed. You can save your searches and get alerts each day. When you make a purchase the buyer has a certain amount of days with which they have to sit send the item. The seller does not receive payment until the buyer is satisfied. You can always Contact customer service if you’re unhappy with your purchase and most times get a refund immediately. Customer service has really improved. I’m really happy selling here and will continue To buy and sell on Marketplace.

Marketplace would be ten times better i if everyone was a verified member and there wasn’t allowed any fakes or frauds. Usually my inventory would be flying for sale, but recently it’s been laying going nowhere due to all these fake people mole on here like collectors and whomever else that don’t belong on here, I haven’t made a sale on here because it seems as if someone is telling people not to buy anything, it’s just not the same, I can tell you this, is make this site one hundred percent better if given the opportunity but Opportunity has been taken away like most of our civil rights Americans give away each day. I’m a fighter and a person who stands up for what I believe in, I’m not someone who just takes the easy way out, those people are all the people who were the mistakes coming in. I’m 36 looking for a job, profession I know I can build and help rise, so if any job opportunities are available please let me know, sorry I can’t see my writing for some reason but how fully this finds someone with authority or in charge of hiring or building Marketplace to be a much better site, I’m sure your fully capable of doing it yourself but a little help from the right person(s) would never hurt. This is the best app to sell on. The customer service is amazing and response super fast. Another reason why I think MarketplaceTradet is the best is because I sold an item to someone, I wrapped the item in a lot of bubble wrap and packaged it with care I even had the mail place put fragile all over the package and it still broke in route to my buyer and I still received my sale even though Marketplace had to refund my buyer. This company is awesome. I’ve sold and made over $400 items and I’ve bought things on MarketplaceTradet and I have absolutely no complaints. Oh and you get paid quick as soon as your item is received the person reviews it and your money is in your account.
