I'm a seller and buyer on a few different apps/sites and cette application has seemed to be the easiest with the smoothest transactions. Buyers and sellers are held accountable with rules and guidelines as far as when items have to be shipped once purchased, rating sellers and buyers have to be done before funds are released, and any time I've had issues with a package not arriving to me or to my buyer, cette application has always been helpful through the process. Yes, there are shady folks on this app that will try to say they didn't receive a package or what not but those people are on all sites. All in all, cette application has been much more simpler than other apps I've used, they do most of the work for you. I rarely cash my funds in because I purchase on the app also so I mostly use my credits to buy things which makes it so simple. As far as getting great deals, this app has been the best for me. Huge community but returning buyers are usually remembered by the sellers and most will give discounts to returning buyers. I'm happy with using the app. I've done over 300 transactions and have only had 3 issues with people or shipping. I use the app daily I'm happy with it.

Using the app to sell is easy. Not being able to email customer support is NOT GOOD. Other than that I LIKE the app and the improvements they’ve made over the years. Glad they added a lower shipping rate for lightweight items like jewelry. I wish they would re-instate the $3 minimum listing price. Wish they would create an easier way to ADD to or create a BUNDLE. This would benefit all (the buyers, the sellers, & in turn cette application itself because it would result in more sales). Lastly I wish they would fix what appears to be a glitch on the mobile app. I have a large amount of listings & when I want to edit some listings toward the bottom of my list, I edit & update. But once I’m done & Save, it goes ALL THE WAY BACK to the beginning of my listings and I have to scroll through all my listings again each time to get back to the bottom instead of it staying in the area of my listings where i just edited. It’s frustrating & time consuming. Hope to see more improvements. This app has the potential to be GREAT & so much better than their competitors with just a few more changes.

I honestly like this app, it’s a great way to sell unwanted items. The one thing I don’t like however is the rating system. Unlike most selling Apps, who release funds instantly exactly 72 hours from time of delivery if a buyer has not rated, cette application makes you go out of your way to request a rating at the 72 hour mark and then wait another 24 hours before you can contact them for them to release funds. It’s alot of hassel for sellers. I also don’t like the payout system, again, most selling apps let you request and process direct deposit immediately after funds are released, where as cette application only processes direct deposits on Mondays which is really annoying especially when you deal with buyers who don’t rate. It can take forever to see the money in your bank from a sale. It’s for that reason I honestly tend to try to sell more so on other apps like poshmark. If cette application changed those two burdens on sellers, the app would be perfect

Don’t get me wrong I love cette application it’s a quick and easy app to use when trying to sell something or promote your auto repair/car sales business but my only problem is we’re scammers hacked into not only my account but other people account and use their profiles to sell their fake car and theirs no thing you can’t really do because the person account they hacked into did all the sets to show ya it’s a real person account but not the one your talking to you can also tell when it’s scammers and not real people actually selling something because they won’t talk to you on cette application they give you a email address to write them my thing is cette application need to update their security so that anyone using cette application won’t have their account hacked as I did multiple times and watch out for people who haves you a email adress and want you to talk only by their because They are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me say I converted to cette application because of their low selling fees and shipping charges. The shipping fees have gone up a little since I began but they are still an amazing deal, especially for large items, 3-10lbs for under $10!

I have over a hundred listings and over 100 - 5star reviews, I’ve been on the app for about 7 months and have made several thousand dollars decluttering the house!

There are always features you wish were there but I believe they’re working on them. I’d like a way to bulk select items for discount, or a way to do it automatically after a set period of time. When you have over a hundred listings keeping up with them gets difficult especially when you have to go into each one individually... and especially when for some reason the screen automatically goes back to the top of the list after each change! Ugh. Also, a bundle feature and qty option would be amazing so I don’t have to relist and lose the likes that we’re in the items that sold.

Had to reach out to customer service a few times, sometimes it’s difficult to find a direct contact form for the issue I’m having, but if you search around enough you can find a form to contact them and describe your issue. Turnaround time for answers are always within 24 hours

Overall 5 starts for me as I know better things are coming!

Great app. Can’t fault them for users’ shortcomings when it comes to making things happen with a sale or purchase. The app works well and is smooth. There are a few features that should be included since the community has grown exponentially and killed off many competitors. They should add an option for video. I’ve purchased cars through here from sellers and would love to see a video feature added. This would also be nice to see all around angles of items for sell. May make it easier to sell things as well. Making PayPal and option would be awesome as well if it hasn’t already tried to be implemented. cette application has done well with their app and are always adding new features to stay ahead and give buyers and sellers better ability to make transactions.

I love, love this app! I shop on it every single day. Skip the lines! Stay in your PJ’s, kick your feet back, relax and start window shopping immediately. If you can think it, you will probably find it here and at a better price. If you want something particular and you are having trouble finding it in a store or it is sold out, look here! Or if you have relatives with expensive tastes, but you lack the income to purchase direct from the retailer, then consider this a year round flash sale! Plus, they constantly have ways to save more or gain extra credit and if there’s an issue they will solve it, as long as you let them know! I hope you enjoy this app as much as I do, I would be lost without it.

To keep it short & simple on why I love cette application. So I had a pair of shoes that they said didn’t meant the regulations of cette application’s selling policy... they were just regular sandals. So they canceled my listing. Before they canceled it i sold them and shipped them. Without the listing being there i couldn’t earn my money. So i called them and they were busy so i sent an email. They responded quickly and fixed EVERYTHING. It’s amazing because normally when I deal with customer service, it’s a long and tiring process and it’s annoying. With cette application it was different and easy. I never really right reviews unless I believe someone has gone out of their way to help and i believe cette application did. So thanks

I have been buying and selling on cette application for several months now. It is SO MUCH better than it was about 5 years ago!! They clearly changed management. The cette application Team is all different people, they are professional, supportive and work “with” their buyers and sellers. There is a “warm” feeling there now, that wasn’t there before. They have restructured their App and it is wonderful. I have bought and sold things elsewhere and cette application is now my favorite. You can even meet the Team now, virtually of course! But, it’s a very nice touch..
Don’t go by the “old negative” reviews. I am delighted with the changes cette application has made in the past few years and you will be too!!

First of all, I LOVE cette application. I love to both Buy & Sell. I have met some great people on cette application. The only thing I would like a change in, is the way we’re able to contact (or lack there of). Especially considering the shipping has went up quite drastically, “Bundling” is a huge asset to both Buyers/Sellers, but to be able to directly message/ communicate easier with Buyers/Sellers would be a Huge asset to cette application. There is a block option if issues arise, but I do believe that cette application sales would benefit Greatly if buyers and sellers could directly communicate easier, especially when creating “bundle” listings.

Today I received my #NIKExCLOT sweatsuit that I order and it is just like the seller posted, and it came waaaaay faster than I thought!!! So all around this has been an amazing experience for me “a first time buyer” I’m definitely looking to continue to shop here like now... I’m looking for some shoes I’ve been hunting for!!! Keep up the great work, this isn’t like a “roll the dice and hope you’re getting what you paid for” type of deal... It’s an actually get what you seen on the site and fast kind of thing!!! I am not good with learning how to use the app. Can’t find out how to teach the buyer, maybe simple reading on the app would help such as using the app for dummies, like the books. I know in time I will get better but for now, it’s a task. I just sold my first item and I now have to learn what to do and what my options are. The cette application shipping info is not clear to me. Tell me more about getting labels and use your shipping. Is there a book that I can refer to ? I have many items to sell but I am listing slowly until I understand how to use the app. Where do I get help, can I call for simple answers?

This is hands down my favorite site. I discovered cette application about a year ago on accident and it has been my go to for everything from makeup I normally buy to shoes they no longer make. I get so many compliments on the stuff I have bought off here and you absolutely can’t beat the prices! The addition of taxes sucked but that was an across the board to everyone. If you’re deciding between Poshmark, thread up and those other sites vs cette application, I’d 10/10 tell you to come here. You can’t beat the prices, shipping and customer service!

I've sold three items and purchased two. I like the app so far. I like being able to see the number of times my items have been viewed.

I do not like that customers can't easily bundle into a cart or basket from my listings. Sellers need a bundling option that doesn't require us to deactivate listings (thereby deactivating any chat a customer may have started using that post...) and repost with a new listing of all things a customer may want. Poshmark has a bundle option...just saying.

I have been selling on cette application for couple of years now and it’s been great platform to make extra income. Its very easy and the fees are very reasonable. Transferring my money is easy. Never a problem. I would highly recommend this app for all buyers and sellers. Here on this app you can ship your items easily. You can purchase shipping labels through the app. You don’t need any other shipping platform account. I am sure days are not too far as cette application will become a platform like other big box.

I’ve been using cette application for almost a year and a half. I’ve posted hundreds of items, accords 4 apps. I’ve had VERY little success on the others, this seems to be the easiest and simplest selling app out there. The only downside right now is I’ve been having error messages pop up every time I go to post. Then I have to close the app, refresh the app and do other things several times before it allows me to post. Any advice or current bug fixes in the works?

I have been using cette application for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. It’s a great platform to sell and purchase items. I have never had any issues with the App or the selling/buying processes. The only thing I would change is to make the rating requirement 24 hours rather than 72 hours, so that the seller can receive their funds faster. But other than that, I highly recommend this selling app! (Also the selling fee is only 10%, lower than most other apps and websites!)

You can buy and sell anything (short of heroine and all that illegal stuff). Most of the people I sell and buy from are genuinely nice and (while they may fall short) as professional as they can be! There are of course stupid people on here too and stupid teenagers (trying to sell their moms’ purse and all), however there are stupid people everywhere so I don’t hold cette application against that. It’s a great way to earn some side cash if your a hustler and a great way to get a discount on super cheap used items. 5 stars all day!!

I am really active in cette application, and I noticed one thing that ticks me off a little. It is unresponsive sellers or buyers. I think you should add a “last active: 10mins ago (or) 7 days ago”. So we know if to even bother contacting them. I would still message them, but at least I know that I am more than likely to not get a response, than to keep messaging them. Hopefully others agree to my suggestion so that this can be a thing 😃 Thank you! Love cette application❤️

I like this app not only you can help people in needs you can sell some of your items quick for very reasonable price I never had this b4 I just find out that this is a good way to sell that you don't need in your house instead of keeping them don't throw them away if you know if is very good condition sell it. And my only way also to give it away for free and help also those people in needs thanks you offer-up (BE BLESS)??
