downloaded cyber flix and logged into Trakt account, in settings, entered the code but it has not downloaded my favorites. What do I need to do?

Hi. i keep getting error code 500 when i try to enter my collection through my addons. I can access tv shows without trakt in the addons though but not when trying to use tract.
