Close and restart the Rippple app on iPhone
Update Rippple app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rippple iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rippple on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rippple network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rippple app issues:

Force Stop the Rippple App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rippple app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rippple to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rippple App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rippple app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rippple.

Fix Rippple unable to contact server/ Rippple internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rippple » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rippple » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rippple on android.
