I launched my main browser to access Trakt and I was met with 404 error. I went back to the Trakt sign in page. I put in my saved login details, I was told they were invalid. I choose to reset password with my email address but didn't get a reset link. I thought I would try signing up again and was able to. What has happened to my old profile? Why did this happen? I have a VIP account, I expect better than this.

I have been charge $30 for a trakt account that I did not sign up for. I need to get my money refunded and make sure there will be no more money taking out of my account.

i had traxt for awhile havent used it but i got an email on 2/5/2019 about a data breach and that my password has been reset and that id get a seperate email to reset it i never got that email. i type my email into the forgot password slot and it doesnt send it to my email address i know im using the correct address because i still have the emails when i began using it. can i get a password reset link>?

When I sign into trakt on Bee TV so I can see my collection of Movies and TV shows, it acts like I am not signed in is just sits there and spins around. It was working fine and now it's not. I can go and pick Movies or TV shows and it works fine. Just warn I try to access my collection it gives me trouble. I have tried previous versions of BEE TV and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks...

VIP locked out

I have tried to contact app support for 3 different apps that connected to Trakt. I’m a VIP member, meaning I paid extra money. I have been locked out of all my apps connected to Trakt. I get sent an email telling me where my problem ticket is and whether or not it’s in line to be answered. To go there to find out answers. Here’s the main issue…I’m locked out! That means I cannot login at all! Every time I try, I get a box that says….Your account is locked out contact app support. I did that 3 times a week ago. Cannot log in to see where my ticket is nor why I am locked out. I have no way I of logging into 3 separate apps. I literally watch hundreds of shows and need every form possible to keep tract. I even paid money to get full access and have unlimited number of shows to track. Cannot do any of that since I was locked out 7 days ago. Cannot go into app support, as I’m locked out from signing in. No reason has been given. Everything was working fine in the morning it all occurred, but by afternoon, locked out. This is the only way I can contact anyone to find out what’s going on. There is no real logical reason for my account to be locked out. HELP!!!!

I’ll stick with Watcht

I’ve been using Watcht for a few years now. I always thought the Watcht app was the official Trakt app but I guess not. I tried the new Trakt app for a few episodes and found it nowhere near as easy to use. I do use the Trakt website periodically when I happen to be at the computer but still find the watcht app more intuitive. I’m going to stick with Watcht and hope Trakt takes some lessons with how easy it is to keep track of episodes in that app. Some examples - Watcht let’s you page through episodes or mark what you watched on the season main screen. For Trakt that seems to be a multiple step process. There is a clear indicator of what episodes I’ve marked watched so I don’t have to read into it too much. - Watcht doesn’t have ads mixing in with the content - Watcht episode screen is much simpler and has everything I want up front with no clicking to expand / collapse including last watched date, actors, comments right there. - I’m not seeing a good history view of what I actually watched. Watcht history is much better

Not sure who this is for but it’s not for me

The user experience is the polar opposite of what I want a TV tracking app to be. I downloaded this app to start tracking what I had watched and what I wanted to watch. Very simple goal. First thing I do is search for “The Expanse”. Nowhere do I see a button resembling anything close to meaning “I want to watch this show”. All I see is “add to collection” which immediately “collects” (whatever the heck that means) ALL episodes of the show or a button to add it to a list. Okay, I think to myself, let’s create a list to track TV shows I want to watch. Now I want to mark Season 1 as already watched so I can start from Season 2. Tap the checkmark button and the only options I see are “check in” (what?) on episode 1 or add the ENTIRE show as watched. I accidentally mark the entire show as watched and now there’s no way to undo that. At this point I’m done, I’m better off using a spreadsheet.
