What is وقايتنا?
"وقايتنا" is a mobile application developed in Morocco that allows users' mobile phones to monitor other adjacent phones that use the same application, and share encrypted and anonymous identification codes through these devices. The application is used exclusively in Morocco to combat the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Features
- The app allows mobile phones to monitor other adjacent phones that use the same application and share encrypted and anonymous identification codes through these devices.
- The identification codes are stored locally on the user's mobile phone and no personal data is exchanged that can be used to identify the user's identity or location.
- In case a user of the application is confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 virus, the health authorities request him to send a list of locally stored identification codes on his mobile phone to a central information server using the "data transfer" interface of the application.
- This will help identify people who were in close proximity to the infected person and quickly take measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
- The processing of data included in the "وقايتنا" application is in compliance with the Moroccan law No. 09.08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The application has been licensed in Morocco by the National Committee for Monitoring the Protection of Personal Data under license number A-S-192-EUS/2020 - T-S-87-EUS/2020 du 10/05/2020.

"this app" تطبيق مغربي متنقل يسمح للهواتف المحمولة لمستعمليها برصد هواتف أخرى محاذية تستعمل نفس التطبيق، وبتقاسم رموز تعريف مشفرة ومجهولة عبر هذه الأجهزة. على سبيل المثال، إذا كنتم بسوق تجاري ممتاز، وتواجدتم بالقرب من شخص يستعمل تطبيق "this app"، فإن هاتفيكما المحمولة ستتبادل رموز تعريف مشفرة ومجهولة، هذه الرموز يتم تخزينها محليا على مستوى هاتفك المحمول. ولا يتم تبادل أي معطى شخصي يمكن استعماله من أجلتحديد هويتكم أو مكان تواجدكم. في الحالة التي تتأكد فيها إصابة مستعمل لهذا التطبيق بفيروس كورونا المستجد المسبب لمرض "كوفيد-19"، فإنه السلطات الصحية تطلب منه إرسال لائحة رموز التعريف المخزنة محليا على مستوى هاتفه المحمول إلى خادم معلوماتي مركزي، وذلك باستعمال واجهة التطبيق "إعادة نقل المعطيات". وهذا سيمكن من تحديد الأشخاص الذين كانوا متواجدين بالقرب من الشخص المصاب، وذلك عبر رسالة نصية قصيرة، وبالتالي من التكفل السريع بهم من أجل تفادي المضاعفات المحتملة المرتبطة بالمرض والحد من العدوى. يتم استعمال التطبيق حصريا على مستوى التراب المغربي من أجل التصدي لانتشار جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد "كوفيد-19"، على أن يتم سحبها من تطبيق " Apple Store " بعد الإعلان عن نهاية الجائحة. إن معالجة المعطيات المضمنة بتطبيق "this app" تعتبر مطابقة لمقتضيات القانون المغربي رقم 09.08 المتعلق بحماية الأشخاص الذاتيين تجاه معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي وتم الترخيص لهذا التطبيق ببلادنا من قبل اللجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي بموجب الرخصة رقم: A-S-192-EUS/2020 - T-S-87-EUS/2020 du 10/05/2020""

انا مدير مقاولة مختصة في الامن المعلوماتي، ومطور برامج. قمت بالاطلاع على الكود الخاص بهذا البرنامج واستطيع ان اقول كخبير في المجال ان هذا التطبيق آمن من ناحية سلامة البيانات الشخصية وانه لا يشكل اي خرق للحياة الخاصة. التطبيق يستعمل خاصية البلوثوث فقط، وانصح الاخوة المستعملين ان يراقبوا مستوى البطارية اذ ان هذه الخاصية تزيد من حجم استهلاك الطاقة، والتطبيق يشتغل في الخلفية، و يرسل تنبيهات في حالة الضرورة. انا فخور بان بلادي حدت حدو كوريا الجنوبية و بكفاءات محلية قامت الوزارة بتطوير هذا التطبيق.

Félicitations! L’application fonctionne très bien, convivial et pratique. J’ai une petite remarque par rapport à l’actualisation des données statistiques (nombre de cas par jour) ne se met pas à jour automatiquement. Il faut relancer l’application pour actualiser. Bon courage
