Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MPRO ACCESS app issues:

Force Stop the MPRO ACCESS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MPRO ACCESS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MPRO ACCESS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MPRO ACCESS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MPRO ACCESS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MPRO ACCESS.
