- Company either moves servers around to different regions or relies on virtual servers.

- Geolocation tags can become mislabeled thereby blocking certain regionally restricted content.

- Had a customer data issue.

- Connecting on iPad and iPhone is a huge struggle.

- Constantly crashes then eventually locks up when claiming to be disconnecting.

PIA's VPN app crashes immediately on opening on iPad 9th Gen. resets and reinstalls do nothing. vpn option and app options do not appear

Hello, when I try to open the settings I've got a white screen appearing with nothing in it. Thank you to let me know how to fix it. Regards.

To resolve VPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Clear VPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VPN.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VPN
