How to fix VPN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VPN app on iPhone
Update VPN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VPN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VPN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VPN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VPN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VPN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VPN App
1. On android, goto Settings » VPN » click [Force Stop]

Update VPN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VPN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VPN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VPN.

Fix VPN unable to contact server/ VPN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VPN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VPN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VPN
