My husband and I have separate and joint accounts through this credit union and when EducationalSystemsFCU changed, it made us jump through hoops to reconnect our accounts. Now, if one of us needs to transfer money to our joint account or to either of our individual accounts, we can only do a max of $500 and have to do a “secret phrase” and type in the phone number to send any money. If we try to send more money the following day, it will say we have exceeded the amount of money that can be sent in a day. Once the money is sent, it takes at LEAST 3 days for it to show the money deducted from the account it was transferred from. This is infuriating and makes it hard to keep track of how much money is ACTUALLY in the account. Which makes it difficult to get our bills taken care of smoothly. Also half the time, the facial recognition doesn’t work and won’t allow us into EducationalSystemsFCU . The new app is a failure and is just making our lives more difficult than it needs to be.
