After ordering, didn’t get a confirmation on NickTheGreek . I didn’t think it went through so I ordered again. Went in person to pick up and explained to the manager I only wanted one order and he told me I’m paying for both anyways. Refused to reimburse me and I only left the restaurant with 1 order. I emailed customer service through NickTheGreek and got no response. What a rip off!

So I tried to sign up and they said I already had an account under that mobile number. So I go back to the sign in screen and try to sign in. No- there’s no account listed under my email! Get it together guys! Either I already have an account or I don’t! Come on!

new app is hard to use, slow, kludgy, took me forever to order. im not going to order nick as often if its such a pita. who signed off on this change?

Literally does not work to order

They don't cook their chicken fresh, and have it warming like a 7-11 hot dog until you are ready to order it... gross!

Love this chain, but NickTheGreek is total trash. I hope they don’t pay too much to get this developed.

So the purpose of the update was to scam your reward points. There is literally no way to add rewards to your order. This is so sad.

please, bring back support for Apple Pay and allow to save prior orders.

If I have to make a new login one more time I’m never ordering here again

I agree with previous post - this update is horrible - no ease, not ability to modify order - I will be switching to a different lunch going forward as I need ease not more complication to my day!

The system repeatedly informs me that I have an existing phone number associated with it, preventing me from creating an account to earn points. This suggests that Nick the Greek has lost interest in loyalty programs.

I have never been so annoyed with an App. You guys need to fix this and fix it fast. It was fine before you updated and now it is a nightmare. I just want to order food quickly.

The new update is an absolute nightmare. A lengthy process of ordering.
No remembered locations nor past orders. Apple Pay and PayPal is gone.
As far as I know you have to enter your card number every time.
It takes longer and much more frustrating ordering on this stupid app than bitting the bullet and waiting in line at the store.

Touch and hold NickTheGreek . When it wiggles touch it again. Follow the prompt and touch the red “delete app” and go to Jack in the Box.

Newest iteration of NickTheGreek has removed support for Apple Pay and no longer saves any info needed for your order.

Ordering has gone from a few clicks to needing to enter name, phone, email, and card info every time.

It was not good before, but you release an uptade for a worst app? You have to input all your info every time youll order and they just dont recognize your location!
Oh and try to put “no tip” for a pick order, it just dont let you go forward, its like you HAVE to tip!
For real anybody tested this before uptade?

Doesn’t support any single sign on providers, doesn’t support ApplePay, location lookup took three app restarts to load. Can’t see the credit card number field to type into if you have an existing card saved. NickTheGreek was made by an amateur and is so frustrating to use I just gave up and removed it from my phone.

Food is great but I purchased three times and never have points updated.

While the food is great, NickTheGreek needs work.

The text is too small, it doesn’t respect system text size. The font is also very lightweight on top of that, making it harder to read. This makes navigating, ordering and everything else more difficult than it should be.

Orders could be streamlined with fewer pages to tap through to get to checkout. Again, finding the typeface could enhance readability here and speed the process up too.

There are too many screens, the text is too hard to read and it is easy to miss things. Redeeming a reward is harder than it should be. It ends up that I have to add a new item to my cart instead of just discounting the one already in there. This adds at least 3 more screens to the order.

NickTheGreek doesn’t remember that I always use Apple Pay, instead it presents a credit card screen by default.

The text in the receipt is also hard to read. There should also be either a map screen or link to the address of the store for navigation.

A progress meter letting customers know when the order is ready would be nice too.

Their food, service and NickTheGreek are all great!!
