For more than a week I have been unable to use my sip and scan to enter the local contest for the New Orleans Saints fan experience. I have called several times to report the issue and have received unsatisfactory answers. The same issue happens on three different phones using three different carriers. I been told to uninstall and reinstall the ap - this did not solve the problem. This contest ends on 10/21 and have missed more than 10 daily entries. I have been a loyal customer of Coke and have participated in the rewards program from the beginning. I am very disappointed in Coke’s response to this matter.

Don’t waste your time with one or with the Coke Rewards Program—Coke no longer cares about rewarding their loyal customers.
After 30+ years of being a loyal Coca-Cola drinker and rewards member, I officially give up. Gone are the days that saving bottle caps could earn you a T-shirt or other Coca-Cola merch. Now it’s this app sip and scan a day, to win...literally nothing.
Thousands of bottle caps and box codes entered and not a single this app amounted to a thing. Today I tossed the probably 700+ bottle caps and box codes yet to be entered. I get that times are changing, but all Coca-Cola had to do was increase the number of codes to win prizes...rather than switch to these silly pointless no winner wastes of time. But that would require them to reward customers who saved and entered the required codes, and Coke no longer cares about rewarding their customers.

Can’t do anything without one crashing every five seconds. However, when I do get in, I go to scan the cans of sprite I have for the “sip and scan” to either crash way before I could scan, for both the website and app to deny each can (cans being in perfect condition), or for one to crash while scanning. Going to delete one , but very poor experience. Only thing I could do without crashing was at least create an account. I was very excited to take part in this contest, but dreams crushed like a soda can when I couldn’t even scan any cans using one . However, I could scan this app can per every 10 minutes of effort on the website, for the website to waste more of my time redirecting me to an animation that soon grew my disappointment in Coca-Cola’s coding team(s). For such a huge company, the coding and scanning process seemed to be cheap. 😕

How does such an awful app come out of such a huge, well-established company? It seems one and the associated crummy rewards program are a reflection of how far Coca-Cola has fallen. one doesn’t work...I attempted to scan several codes from different colored caps and not this app could be “found” by the scanner. Is this the best you can do? Oh, my! No wonder PepsiCo is higher ranked on Fortune 500 - they value their faithful consumers and put forth a rewards program that is...get this...REWARDING. Seriously, Coca-Cola, 12 year old kids with no capital funding do a better job creating apps. I can’t believe you’d put your good name behind such garbage.

So disappointed in coke...terrible rewards prgm...you have to spend time scanning products for each individual prize and never win anything...with old rewards prgm I knew my effort of collecting and entering codes would pay off with being able to exchange for free stuff...now I have to click on each prize and scan codes or product multiple times for a chance to win but never win squat! Who has time to sit around clicking on each individual prize then clicking again to scan then being told u didn’t wing but do u want to start over and try again...and you have to do it for each individual prize...stupid!

So it evidently did not like my password because it wanted me to change it. No way to cancel, just empty fields for the old password and the new password. Nevermind that I can log into the website and not have to update my password. So I updated my password on the website so I could have 1password generate and remember the password. All good there. Let's try one again. Nope, I'm stuck in the update password screen. Hello, my old password won't work anymore, perhaps you should be asking me to re-login instead. Killed one and tried again. To bad it only shows the login screen long enough to start the animation to put the change password screen on top. Goodbye App- delete.

I’ve been a LONG time coke and then diet coke fan. Consuming coke products for over 30 years. I have a lighted coke sign from the United Center when they switched to Pepsi and took down all the coke stuff. I have a couple bins of coke caps with the coke codes in them - hoping I’d turn them into cool stuff like I once used to get — shirts, coolers, pens all types of once cool coke swag — through years of loyality. Six months ago I cut it off — not another bottle or can since. The last few years their rewards program sucked but I liked their product - dt coke. But no more. I’m tired of supporting a company that hates my country, hates my race and accuses me, (a solid customer) of being a racist. BTW — I’m not a racist, I love my black grandkids as much as my other grandkids. I’ll throw out the caps as soon as I have a chance. A sad goodbye to a company I once considered the best marketed, most loved product in ever. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!

First one wouldn’t let me log in had to go out of program completely close it by restarting phone to get logged in. Once in crashes at new policy screen. Even after clicking box to accept new policies keeps saying some inputs invalid??????????
Only this app input on the screen must check box to continue so what is invalid Coca-Cola???? Who writes your apps? Because whoever they are they need to go back to school to learn about beta testing before releasing a garbage update.
Very disappointed in Coke company for your corporate greed. First you take away any rewards that anyone might actually want or have of chance of winning and instead offer prizes that give your chance of winning is worse than winning the lottery.

I miss the My Coke Rewards. I liked being able to save points for myself a treat, or a charity donation. So far, one has given me opportunities (now all expired) to donate, but they haven’t offered anything for me personally, no drawings, no merchandise, no discount photos or movie tickets, or even discounts on more Coke products for which to save, except an opportunity to win a Coke Energy drink, which I cannot drink.
If it’s all about the charities, I am okay with that, but just make a donation for every six pack/box sold (include notices on packaging or advertising); skip the time wasting scanning caps that sometimes work and sometimes don’t...

I have been with the rewards program through two or three different revamps. I understand Covid changed some things and I like that the points can be given to charity. I’ve only had charity as an option for well over a year. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were charities that I would normally donate too. I’m very select about charities because I like to see my money going to the cause, not overhead. Please give more opportunities for charities and other rewards. It isn’t worth it for me to pay an average $2 per 20 Oz bottle to donate 5 cents to the USO. I’d rather just give the uso the money.

Sad to see this go down hill as I love the stuff but I guess they don’t love the ones that buy there stuff or at least reward them for it like they did. Well if there want us back they need to do something as I see no this app wants to cut having it but they just don’t want to play there cap rewards game to get so little for it. I love Coca Cola and drink a ton. But like others have stated this site is UNACCEPTABLE. I have literally submitted hundreds of caps and scans and most of them didn’t even register or there were tons of problems. Really ? U literally have cornered the market and this site dies the reflect your reputation. I really hope it gets better. I am losing interest since it is frustrating to use.

I have been an extremely loyal customer and not just the Coke brand that’s all I have been drinking and my family have been drinking for the past 60 years! Before the Coke app was changed I absolutely loved the reward program I referred so many people to it switched Pepsi drinkers to Coke which is very hard in eastern North Carolina and I’m just extremely disappointed that what was my favorite rewards program I can get nothing out of my mind as well switch to Pepsi!!!!!! I don’t know that I’ve ever felt so personally betrayed by a company!

At first one worked fine, it would kick you out once in a while but it mostly worked. Now I can’t even sign on to one . I have deleted cookies, deleted one , reinstalled one and can’t sign in at all. It just gives me an error message. On my I pad, I keep getting a network error. I contacted coke about it but everything they tell me to do does not work. It’s very frustrating when I would like to take advantage of the rewards. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

From around 1956 through the years to date. I have enjoyed Coca-Cola. We bought them in all sizes available at the 6/ 32 Oz glass bottles that were returnable and the little glass bottles. All were returned.
My preference is still the flavor in glass bottles. Nothing better. My favorite is still the cherry coke. Some of the others are not to bad either. They would tease so much better in glass.

I am now in my late 60’s. I still recycle, so you young people of today look to yourselves and to clean up after yourself. Please help make US become trash on highways and enjoy more Coca-Cola as you do.

This goes for all ages. I love my country and I cry every time I see trash left every where. So please respect what you have been blessed with and take Care of Her!

Went in to Coca Cola app to put in my bottle caps that we collect religiously every day and and received an update message. Tried to update and couldn’t get it to up date. So i decided to try and reinstall one thinking something happen to my iPhone reinstall one now all I get is a lost connection error every time i try to log in. I have used the rewards program for many years. Even got my husband drinking Diet Coke which gave me more points didn’t even mind donating my points for a good cause. Love using my points to get free stuff and winning freebies. But if this is the way Coke is going to be and not make one accessible to everyone. That is a crying shame. There are many people out here that enjoys coke products and enjoyed the rewards. Coke is getting to big for itself to think of the every day person out here buying the product which keeps going up and up in price. All they care about is what they can make selling their products. MAYBE I SHOULD LEARN TO LIKE PEPSI PRODUCTS

Super happy because scanned my cans I have in the recycle and won a drink and popcorn from my favorite movie theatre! This is not an app you should go and buy coke for. A lot of people are complaining that they don’t get cash back anymore - but even if it was cash back it’d be silly to go out and buy soda just to get a few coins.

This is a great app and rewards you time to time just from scanning what you buy anyways.

Because of the new version of one , I can no longer log in with my Facebook account. Now it tells me that my account is already registered, tells me when I created it, but won’t let me connect my session to my existing account. I have rewards saved on my account and now I can’t even access it. I’ve tried using different devices and reinstalling one but nothing works. Please fix this.

6am: Time to start my day! First off, a cup of coffee with cream. No need to sweeten because when I pour a quarter bottle of Coke in, it becomes sweet enough. 10am: Starting to drag at work, so I drink the other two-thirds of my Coke, while others drink coffee, I get a refreshing kick! Three pm, break time! I break out my afternoon Coke which makes me smile as the sun is quite hot at that hour and I’m sitting outside soaking it up before I return to my job to finish my day!! If I happen to go out that night, usually a Friday, I order up a Sagamore and Coke on ice! It’s smooth and relaxing together. I love my Coke!

I messaged Coca-Cola a few years ago after returning from Denmark and suggested they use QR codes more on the products for rewards, and made the caps of their bottles scannable as well. I'm glad they did it, and they really seemed to listen and care. I like how you can also scan the QR codes on Coca-Cola fountains for your favorite drinks through the other app. I think the Coca-Cola QR codes are cute and they did a great job. I also enjoy the occasional rewards. Thanks!

I’m so sad about the new program (if you can call it that) Sweepstakes and instant wins are useless and not worth the effort.
I have been a loyal user for years now. I just came to look at reviews to see if other people felt the same.
Unfortunately for Coke, I am not alone. I’d much rather save codes to actually get something!
Or if I donate them, how much does the recipient receive? How many codes are needed per dollar? Does it state it anywhere? Very frustrating. I’m keeping one for now, hoping it will change for the better- fingers crossed! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Might as well stop wasting ink to make “coke rewards.” Nothing close to as good as they once were. You don’t really ever get anything. The website is mostly a joke, one makes it easier to quickly retry an entry but still crashes, there’s a difference in the “experiences” or whatever between app and website, the scan thing I just got to use once in 50+ codes I was saving, the list just goes on and on. I will not be saving or giving a glance to any coke “rewards” ever again. Just sad that such a great company doesn’t seem to care anything about something that should be great as well.

Coca-Cola is this app of the most successful and most recognized companies in the world, so what do you do? You completely change your rewards program so that now I can drink coke and use my codes for a free digital magazine or a “chance” at this app of your sweepstakes. Is this a joke? I used to go out of my way to buy coke, even if I could only get a movie drink or popcorn because at least that was something. I might buy coke if it’s on sale, but never again buying it if something else comparable is the same price. And by something else I mean Mountain Dew ❤️

The updated app will not scan the codes off the case boxes at all. Before it would at least do it sometimes. So now I’m stuck typing in the codes. On top of that I have two box codes it refuses to accept even when I type them in. There needs to be a difference in 0 the number and o the letter on the codes! But I tried it both ways and it still won’t accept the codes.

I really liked it when you could save up points and buy things with them, it felt tangible. Now it feels like a waste because you might get lucky but probably not so it’s probably a waste of time. I used to tell every about the old program I definitely don’t now.

I have participated in the program for a while but the rewards are not worth the hassle. I won a gift card in March and I am still waiting on it.

one takes me to a screen to change my password but once I do it won’t take me to Any other screen. And I’m not sure why I need to change my password anyway. App is terrible.

The coke rewards program has made it so difficult to be be rewarded for drinking the products. Bring back the point system or another way to redeem all these caps I save monthly. Not just sweepstakes.
My coworkers, friends and even myself enjoyed the opportunity to win shirts, hats, and the polar bears gear and now that’s not possible without outright buying them.
So so disappointing! 😞

I love this Coca-Cola app , it is definitely this app of my favorite apps on my phone , I’m always on it .. I never realized before installing it, how many different ways Coke actually have back , not only to the customer themselves but also everything from helping less fortunate to helping save the planet.... GREAT JOB!!
5 stars.. all day in my book
