No confirmation

After ordering, didn’t get a confirmation on the app. I didn’t think it went through so I ordered again. Went in person to pick up and explained to the manager I only wanted one order and he told me I’m paying for both anyways. Refused to reimburse me and I only left the restaurant with 1 order. I emailed customer service through the app and got no response. What a rip off!
Couldn’t log in

So I tried to sign up and they said I already had an account under that mobile number. So I go back to the sign in screen and try to sign in. No- there’s no account listed under my email! Get it together guys! Either I already have an account or I don’t! Come on!
App is horrible

It was not good before, but you release an uptade for a worst app? You have to input all your info every time youll order and they just dont recognize your location!
Oh and try to put “no tip” for a pick order, it just dont let you go forward, its like you HAVE to tip!
For real anybody tested this before uptade?
