- App was very confusing on providing information as to what stocks were actually being bought, pending, or sold
- Have “pending stocks” from 5 months ago
- Make sure you limit the amount of money you want invested or it will invest for EVERY purchase you make on connected cards
- When they say they invest $1 in every purchase they mean EVERY PURCHSE, including utilities, rent…even if the company or bill you paid doesn’t have shares
Grifin customer service has stop responding to any of my emails. After blocking my account for one failed transaction my available withdraw money disappeared and even when i try selling the stocks to cash out it will not work either. Im afraid to sell of of them and never see my money. They are still not responding and fed-up
App is confusing deliberately so you don’t sell or withdraw money. I have not been able to sell or withdraw funds. App deliberately shows an error or doesn’t give you a confirmation button when withdrawing funds. It’s like they don’t want you to get your money out. I’ll be calling tech support shortly and closing my account because they make closing the account also hard to do on the app.
App wont load past the loading page. Have been trying for 2 days now.

I can’t navigate to any page. I’m stuck on the page Grifin will automatically withdraw cash from your bank each week. I can’t navigate to any page after that. I have tried restarting my phone, making sure my app is updated but it’s consistently stuck on this page.
