When I try to open the app all I get is two blue dots going in circles. This happened after trying to deposit money into my Public account. Maybe the app is still processing, I don't know.

How to fix Public app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Public app on iPhone
Update Public app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Public iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Public on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Public network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Public Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Public not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Public App
1. On android, goto Settings » Public » click [Force Stop]

Update Public to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Public App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Public » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Public.

Fix Public unable to contact server/ Public internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Public » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Public » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
