How to fix Gorillas app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gorillas app on iPhone
Update Gorillas app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gorillas iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gorillas on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gorillas network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gorillas Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gorillas not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gorillas App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gorillas » click [Force Stop]

Update Gorillas to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gorillas App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gorillas » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gorillas.

Fix Gorillas unable to contact server/ Gorillas internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gorillas » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gorillas » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gorillas
