I can t finish an open order. when I go to check out, the app locks up.

I can't communicate with my shopper as the app keeps crashing. I'm in Columbia SC.

I am a customer. For the past 3 orders, the app does not appear to reset itself so that I can do a new order. After my order is complete, it continues to show as a Open Order, and will not allow me to proceed with a new order. Please instruct me as to how to remedy this problem. I have an IPhone SE. Thank you.
