I have a problem with Tatsu, most of my modules don’t work except for one called GoGoAnime, i use GoGoAnime a lot until i logged on today to discover that whenever i went to download an episode, it wouldn’t give me any quality options, it would just say hls P, and if i did download it and try to watch it, it wouldn’t play

How to fix KATSU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KATSU app on iPhone
Update KATSU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KATSU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KATSU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KATSU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KATSU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KATSU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KATSU App
1. On android, goto Settings » KATSU » click [Force Stop]

Update KATSU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KATSU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KATSU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KATSU.

Fix KATSU unable to contact server/ KATSU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KATSU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KATSU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KATSU
