I have a problem with Tatsu, most of my modules don’t work except for one called GoGoAnime, i use GoGoAnime a lot until i logged on today to discover that whenever i went to download an episode, it wouldn’t give me any quality options, it would just say hls P, and if i did download it and try to watch it, it wouldn’t play

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KATSU app issues:

Force Stop the KATSU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KATSU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KATSU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KATSU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KATSU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KATSU.

Fix KATSU unable to contact server/ KATSU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click KATSU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got KATSU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KATSU on android.
