Follow these steps to resolve intermittent St. Jude PASS app issues:

Force Stop the St. Jude PASS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click St. Jude PASS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update St. Jude PASS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear St. Jude PASS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "St. Jude PASS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch St. Jude PASS.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:
